Chapter 343 - Chapter 344 Monocle × 3

Under Kayson and George's supervision, Fred also meticulously crafted his own staff and transfigured his Arcane Workbench.

"Yes, just like that! There's no doubt you two are talented!" Kayson patted their shoulders and said, "Now, let's not dilly-dally any longer. Let's get straight to the main topic: I will teach you how to build your infusion altar."

"I will allow you to build infusion altars in my office, and then I will destroy them. After that, whether you go back to your secret base or your dormitory, you can build your own infusion altars there."

The Weasley Twins nodded, "No problem, Professor!"

"That's right. First, strictly speaking, the infusion altar is not something you build directly, but rather, like the Arcane Workbench, it's something you transfigure with your staff!" Kayson said, casually waving his hand in the air.

Arcane Stone, Arcane Brick, Rune Matrix, and Arcane Pedestal slowly floated out in front of him. Then, Kayson casually clenched his fist, crushing them into fragments that dissipated into the air.

"Professor, does this mean we also have to start by crafting the four blocks you just showed us?" George asked.

"Exactly." Kayson nodded, "Use your Arcane Workbench. I'll go find some raw materials for you. Wait here."

After he finished speaking, he continued walking deeper into the office. He seemed to have built a Mana Crystal farm or a Mana Crystal replicator in the office before, he couldn't quite remember, after all, his memory wasn't great, so it was understandable.

But he could still find it. He had just recently crafted a redstone version of a storage terminal in the office, which made finding things very convenient.

Soon, he found a large pile of Mana Crystal fragments. Of course, he wasn't going to let the Weasley Twins directly start crafting Arcane Stone and such; their magic didn't even have Mystical Essence, so how could they craft anything?

These were for them to craft their own magic Lenses, which were essentially magnified versions of monocles.

Perhaps saying it that way is a bit backwards; it should be said that monocles are more reasonably described as miniature versions of magic Lenses.

"Come, have you been curious about what my monocle is for?" Kayson beckoned the Weasley Twins over, pointing to the monocle on his face as he spoke.

"Hmm..."

"Looks cool?"

Kayson somewhat helplessly gave each of the Weasley Twins a light tap on the head.

But he didn't explain. He would wait until they crafted their own magic Lenses and began to perceive the world's elements and absorb the world's essence. Then they would know what the magic Lens was truly for.

"Come, I'll teach you to craft another good item, the initial version of the monocle I'm wearing." Kayson casually pushed one of the Weasleys in front of the workbench. This time, it was Fred.

"The Arcane Workbench and a regular Alchemy workbench use the same crafting method: a 3x3 grid. Put things in. First, a glass pane." Kayson handed over the glass pane.

After Fred took it, although he didn't ask where the glass pane should be placed, based on his intuition, a single item in the middle should be correct, right?

Kayson watched the glass pane being placed in the very center of the 3x3 grid and nodded, "You have great insight."

"Thank you, Professor." Fred chuckled.

"Next are two gold ingots, placed to the left and right of the glass pane," Kayson said.

"Mm." Fred did as he was told.

"Finally, two fragments of magic crystals, pick any two, it doesn't matter." Kayson pulled out a handful of magic crystal fragments from his pocket and said.

Fred picked one red and one blue, and was somewhat surprised the moment he held them in his hand: "The red one is so hot, and the blue one is like water that won't scatter!"

"Uh huh." Kayson nodded, "Place them above and below the glass pane."

"Okay." Fred continued to follow instructions, then looked at Kayson, who shrugged, "That's it, it's done."

"Next step with a hammer? But there's a glass pane in the middle." Fred still couldn't help but ask.

"Smash it boldly and without worry!" Kayson said seriously.

"Okay." Fred picked up the hammer and smashed it directly without another word.

With a clang, the magic Lens popped out.

"Pick it up, and just look at anything with it, whatever comes to mind." Kayson said.

"Okay, Professor... Professor... What does MC mean?" The first thing Fred looked at with the magic Lens wasn't anything else, but Kayson himself.

The latter put his hands on his hips somewhat helplessly, "All of you ask the same question: 'Is my personal talent good enough?'"

"Okay, Professor." Fred smiled and nodded, then pulled George over, while he himself hugged the magic Lens and looked around the office.

Soon, after George's magic Lens was also crafted by hand, Fred returned, and he clearly came back with a question.

"I know you have a question to ask, but don't ask yet. Wait until George comes back, and you can ask together." Kayson said, sitting on the sofa with a calm demeanor.

"Professor, I have a different question from Fred." George said, holding the magic Lens in front of his face.

"What?" Kayson raised an eyebrow.

"Human... magic... What is MC?" George once again asked the same question Fred had asked a minute earlier.

"If you have nothing to do, go bite a lighter. Go look around quickly, and when you find a problem, then come back to me." Kayson instantly appeared behind George, gently kicking his backside as he spoke.

"Okay, Professor, I'll be right back! There are too many problems in my eyes!" George said as he ran away into the distance.

A few more minutes passed, and George returned.

"Are there some things that can't be scanned?" Kayson asked.

The Twins exchanged glances: "Yes!"

"That's right. Just as life requires continuous learning, the elements scanned by this so-called magic Lens also need continuous synthesis and learning. Specifically, you can guide the elements out of your body and simply rub two elements together." Kayson explained.

"Oh... Then, Professor, we have another question."

"It's just that this magic Lens is so big, we can't carry such a large thing every day, can we?"

"It looks a bit..."

"Dull."

Kayson raised an eyebrow. This question... was indeed very important.

Immediately, he waved his hand, telekinetically grabbing the magic Lenses from the Twins' hands into his own, and instantly shrinking them to monocle size.

"Just like me, wear it on your eye socket." Kayson said with a smile.
