In the beginning of time when Heaven and Hell were created by God, and before he created humans, beings of fire, water, earth, darkness, light, and air dominated the earth.
They roamed the world for millions of years in the human count, but time worked differently for these beings, it moved rather slower aging them much slower than human beings.
Peace dominated the Earth for thousands of years before these beings started to grow territorial and wanted to expand over the accounts of others.
Many fractions had grown, each presented different types, and each with exceptional powers. War became inevitable, so war broke in different fractions and different places, it lasted for five thousands years, many fractions were erased and others rose.
These wars tore the planet apart, destroying and vandalizing, raping and killing, death and torture. Victims were everywhere and no winners were to be spotted, terrified by the outcome these beings prayed for God to help them stop these wars and for peace to prosper again.
God being the Almighty and merciful answered their prayers, so God chose a hero to lead them all to paradise. That's how The Fallen took charge, with his loyal subjects; the grim-reapers, he fought all the fractions and defeated them, declaring himself as their ruler and promised them peace and Heaven.
His campaign for peace was called the first great war, his loyal subjects were ruthless and strong, all feared them and none dared to spark another war with them around.
So peace was brought to Earth once more, under The Fallen's rule things prospered and life finally started to grow in these lands.
The Fallen made a system for these fractions, he conjoined some and broke some, leading for the tribal dominance under one leader. The north, south, east, and west temple were built, each temple was run by one who acted as the ruler of the land. These temples were a neutral areas where disputes among tribes were resolved.
Seven major tribes rose above the others. The demons, the Goblins, the dragons, the Norse, the Greeks, the originals, and the Paleos. The Fallen's had disciples from each tribe to teach them magic, culture, and how to rule the masses. Everyone respected and idolized him, he was indeed their hero who rescued them from destruction.
After two thousand years, The Fallen ruled the Earth, he was proud of himself and his achievements, and saw himself as a higher being.
On a fateful day The Fallen was invited to heaven along with the grim-reapers. He thought that God is going to reward him for his accomplishments, and bragged to Angels that he had accomplished what they couldn't, he strutted his way to Heaven believing that he was better than everyone.
When they gathered to meet God, his world shattered, God presented a new being to everyone, Humans was the name given, God asked the gathering to kneel before this human. Offended by this The Fallen disobeyed and refused to kneel, his subjects were torn amongst themselves, some knelt and others followed his footsteps refusing to kneel with him.
God dismissed him and thoes who refused to kneel from Heaven, sending them back to Earth to repent and reflect on their actions. The Fallen felt betrayed, he had done everything that was told to him and just because he disobeyed once he was discharged like a trash and shunned. Being proud and petty he envied that human and wanted him casted away as well, believing that's what he deserves for making him lose favor. He sought for the human and lured him to the immortality tree, he knew that tree was forbidden for all creatures to test them if they become tempted and disobey orders, yet the human ate from it after being deceived by The Fallen, so the Human was casted out of Heaven. He rejoiced even after being cursed with immortality himself, he felt contented, he can now jeopardise this new species.
His new mission now is to divert them from the right path and degrade them to their the worst version of themselves. For each generation he succeeded, he dispensed blasphemy, killing, stealing, raping, lust, greed, gluttony, laziness, and wrath among them. These humans didn't disappoint him, they accepted the twisted path faster than he anticipated, he also taught them magic making a new fraction to rise; the witches and their leader was none other than Ananke.
She and The Fallen formed a pact, Ananke took on herself to spread blasphemy and magic among humans, while he was responsible for the tribes.
Once again war started to broke, victims were everywhere, those who believed in him and those who were against him. Many tribes perished in the second great war leaving the major seven controlling the minorities.
Many cross-breeds emerged, among them were Tina, Naina, Enkidu, Gilgamish, Yuri, Pandora, and Yu.
The Fallen appointed Marvok and Mordroc as lords of Hell and purgatory, their offsprings were called the underworld princes, each has duties and places to guard.
The Fallen had favored Zeta above everyone, he declared that once he grew older he'll hand him the elixir of immortality so he could rule with him till the end of time. Those who followed him from the beginning grew jealous and resented him for his favoritism, plots began whispering behind his back.
During that time Ananke met Kronos, she fell in love with him even though he was married to Rhea. Kronos was an evil being who had his own plans, he pretended to love both Ananke and Rhea to achieve his goals, they both blindly believed his lies and promises and they both met their tragic endings, because Kronos was the one who set up the grand plan to take down both Ananke and The Fallen. His plan needed a massacre to happen, so he chose the Norse tribe to be eliminated, he had a dispute with them after they refused him many years ago and sought to make them pay for this. After many tries he managed to convince Ananke that God had sent a warrior among them that was going to end The Fallen's tyranny. Ananke didn't believe him at first but she saw into the future and foresaw the outcome, The Fallen being imprisoned and death. She did as Kronos told her and led the massacre, thus Ragnarok happened, most died and few were imprisoned. The Fallen didn't know about any of this, and once he knew he didn't care or held any accountable. The tribes protested this action and demanded justice, The Fallen trusted his lords and princes to subdue them and went to his private place to rest, leaving part of his soul with Ananke. Everyone saw this as an opportunity and waged the third great war, to haunt down and kill Ananke, hundred thousands beings participated in the haunt, Ananke fought them all. The fight lasted for ten days and night, after the tenth day Ananke fell from exhaustion, Kronos gave the last strike and beheaded her. The celebration of their victory lasted for a month, they celebrated Kronos as their hero.
Kronos ambitions didn't stop there, he convinced the Titans to wage another war to rule instead the Greeks, so the forth great war began, he pretended to support them while he sent his sons to fight them. His youngest son Zeus saw through his father's lies and collided with the Goblins to kill him once and for all. Mordroc and Tina agreed to help him, Tina had an affair with Zeus and got pregnant with Tatiana to get back on Mordroc who took Yuri as his concubine.
Kronos claimed that the elixir of immortality was in his position and he'd give it to whomever kill the princes of Hell, the world descended to chaos with his declarement. They fought against each other to kill the princes. Zeus with his brothers Poseidon and Hades fought Kronos and managed to imprison him in Tartarus. Before his defeated Kronos gave everyone the final blow, he declared that he helped The Fallen's loyalist by placing his soul in a new vessel, and these loyalists are one of them. Everyone grew suspicious of the other, disputes among the same tribes emerged. Nothing was the same as before, Rhea being Kronos supporter was dismembered by the Greeks and eaten alive when her sons were fighting their father. Traumatized by this Hades left the tribe and married Pandora, he lived far away from all the disputes and had a normal life with her, they had one child.
The fractions once again descended to chaos and territorial wars emerged again. The six major tribes took on their hands to bring peace and order back, so they devided the fractions to five; the east, west, north, south, and central, along with Hell and Purgatory. Each fraction was ruled by a powerful house that kept things in order, A monthly gathering with the head of these houses was held to discuss trading, policies, rules, and territory borders.
For five thousand years this system worked, what they failed to realize was that the Humans started to dominate the Earth and began shaping it as they like. This led to another dispute, some fractions wanted to eliminate them while the others sought to co-exist with them like how they always did.
Zeta suggested that the best way to rule these humans is to make themselves as deities so they can fear and worship them, spread their rules as their teachings, and benefit from their devotion in wartime. Everyone agreed to it, his suggestion was efficient, this made the rest of the houses respect him more than his parents and supported him when needed.
Zeta took advantage of this and made his own division secretly ruling the politicians by making his spies advisors, his network of spies spread widely and rapidly. They were devoted to him and wanted him to singlehandedly rule the world, their devotion were unshakable and their love were endless. They called him Asmodeus "The Fallen's son" and rightful heir to his throne. At surface Zeta appeared humble, wise, and resourceful, but behind this lies a calculated, calm, and manipulative man. He could foresee the enemy plan miles ahead and make tens of different plans divert the outcome to his side, even his older brother Sitka follows his command. The rest of his family feared and hated him especially his father, he outshines him wherever they go, and after Tina withdrew her support from him after he had a child with Yuri, Mordroc's influence grew weaker.
Zeta's powers remained a mystery to everyone, no one saw what he's capable of and that made him dangerous, the others always did his bidding, he never made his hands dirty. His lapdogs were Mika and Sitka, they followed him blindly not caring about the outcomes because they knew he'll rescue them if they ever were in danger. Perseus was his only friend who he shared his thoughts and discussed things with. Lucifer and Satan saw him as their older brother, they respected and listened to him, yet Satan wanted to grow out of his shadow. He started dwelling in politics as well and made few minor tribes followers of his own, while Lucifer was the family's executioner. They always sent him to subdue fractions and lead their army, his military strategies was only second to Zeta. He didn't hate or followed anyone, he remained neutral.
Zeta took control of both abyss and Purgatory, nothing happens there escapes his gaze. With years of experience and watching silently from behind, he found out who was the new vessel and where The Fallen's private place was. He told no one about this, deciding to take this knowledge with him to his grave. He respected The Fallen but saw his methods were cruel and evil, he intended to take his place back then so he found a way to destroy his physical form and convinced him to recuperate so he could get back in shape. The Fallen chose to trust him and did just that, but Zeta didn't know that The Fallen had other plan, he pretended to be oblivious and during the Norse massacre he forcefully placed part of his soul in Angrboda. He wanted her to be his vessel but once he preformed the separation, the fetus in her was born prematurely and lifeless. Angrboda couldn't accept this, she gave her child his soul biding hers with him and used all of her powers to keep her alive. The Fallen saw her sacrifice and was moved, he placed her in the crystal so when her child grows older, she'd give back his soul to her. The Fallen gave Pandora and Ishtar the child and told them to take care of her, then went to rest in his private place, this process exhausted him.
Pandora and Ishtar took the child away, unfortunately their path was intercepted by Mark, he forcefully took the child away from them and sent her to the future, the port gate he made shook the earth and produced a bright light that reached the sky.
Thus the child was given to the Mitskaki's family were she was raised and given the name Satasha.
No one knows why Mark did this nor if he was following orders.
...
Satasha visited Zeta in his cabinet, she had a hunch that he knows whereThe Fallen's body is, but how shall she extract this information, she didn't know.
Zeta greeted her and invited her in "It took you a while! How have you been?"
Satasha truthfully "Tired!"
Zeta scoffed "Have you thought about my offer?" he presented her tea
Satasha took a sip answering "I have"
Zeta sat next to her leaning his head on his hand "And?"
Satasha placed the tea cup on the table in front of her "What are your terms?"
Zeta smirked "That's my girl! My terms are as follows:I want your full support on my campaign to destroy the system and making a new one"
"That's easy" she interrupted
Zeta continued "Under any circumstances, you give me your trust and never double cross me" he fell silent for a minute
Satasha "Is that it?" she arched her brows
Zeta place his index on his lower lip thinking for a while before saying "And if I tell you where is The Fallen's vessel and how to get rid of him what will you do?"
Satasha truthfully "I'll wake him up"
Zeta "And?"
Satasha "Kill him of course"
Zeta laughed at her simplicity "You are not serious, aren't you?"
Satasha "That's what I could think of at the moment" she lied, not even The Fallen knew her true intentions, she didn't hide her feelings or thoughts from him but she didn't think at all.
Zeta saw through her lie and smirked "Then I'll give you something even better than his whereabouts"
Satasha "What is it?"
Zeta seriously "Helheim"
Satasha showed no expression, she glared coldly at him. They both continued staring at each other for a while as if they were dueling mentally, it was Satasha who spoke first "What else you know?"
Zeta "With each favor I'll give you a new information"
Satasha indifferently "What's the first favor?"
Zeta smiled "There isn't one, I'll simply tell it you as a good gesture between us"
Satasha got up "No need!. I know where Helheim is, I don't need that from you"
Zeta "I am impressed! How did you know that?"
Satasha didn't answer his question, she glared seriously at him saying "I can give you my powers and abilities to control and subdue The Fallen"
Zeta "You are bluffing, you cannot control him, no one can"
Satasha leaned closer to him till both of their faces were inch away, Zeta pushed himself away but Satasha placed her hand on his shoulder pinning him, she quietly spoke "I'll give you this and much more if you devote yourself to me, never betray me, never try to lie to me, and give me your full trust"
Zeta was in disbelief with how serious she was, he snarked unable to hold his laugh.
Satasha stared coldly at him, she stood in front of him declaring "Just so you know, I am not planning to stay ideally next to you while you destroy the system. You want the system destroyed, I want them dead, your parents are on top of the list. If that's okay with you, then may our partnership ever prosper"
Keno stared angrily at her, he knew that she'd say that but he hoped that she'd change her mind.
Satasha "I am going to kill everyone who participated in my tribe's massacre, don't think because we'll work together will get your parents off the hook! If you want to create a new world order, those who rules this one will die before they see that happen"
Zeta pissed "What makes you think that our partnership will last if you kill my family?"
Satasha "I know it won't! But until then, we'll be on the same side. I'll trust you with my life and you trust me with yours, and whatever you want from me later, l'll see it through. Same thing applies to you"
Zeta stood up facing her, he extended his hand and she shook it.
Zeta asked "What is the first thing that you want?"
Satasha smirked "How do I preform the separation?"
Zeta smiled, he left her for a while then returned with two books "Here, hope these helps. If you want assistance with these seek Mika, he's a genius"
Satasha nodded and left with them.
The Fallen finally spoke to her after a while "You know you could ask me about my body's location, don't you?"
Satasha sarcastically "Like you'll trust me with it"
The Fallen "Then what are you planning to do?"
Satasha "Separate you from my body and let you free yourself"
The Fallen "You know it's hard to find a vessel, it took me months to find Ananke"
Satasha "Luckily neither of us are hasty about it, we'll take our time. If you want me to free you then you'll have to trust me"
The Fallen "What about Mark? He'll help"
Satasha "Mark? He'll seal me away with you" The Fallen "He won't, I know how soft hearted he is"
Satasha "Do you think he can teach me how to use the separation magic?"
The Fallen "I can teach you that! I've written every magical book out there"
Satasha "Then why you need Mark?"
The Fallen "He can find us a new vessel"
Satasha "No that's too risky! I'll find one myself"
The Fallen "Hey kid the sooner we separate the better! Trust me Mark won't harm you, he's a loyal soldier"
Satasha hesitant "I don't know where he stays"
The Fallen "We'll summon him after you master the separation spell, so we can preform it immediately before he changes his mind"
Satasha confused "He?"
The Fallen "The vessel yes"
Satasha scoffed and went to her house to learn, she read the two books in one night. Scrolling through the book rapidly, she clumsily cut her finger with its pages.
For her these spells were easy to preform, her ability to manipulate everything gave her advantage, she can forge anything to a weapon even her sweat and blood. She sat for a minute spacing out, a thought crossed her mind 'If I can strike opponents with my blood I can take control of their soul, mind, and heart without the use of these spells'
The Fallen heard her through "It is possible to make them your puppet, or you can turn your blood to poison or a cure when needed"
Satasha nodded "So the same thing is possible for my soul? I could extract it and place it in someone just like you did, right?"
The Fallen "No that's different, placing part of your soul into someone is like carving out your heart and placing it in the other"
Satasha asked "How do you take part of your soul?"
The Fallen "By splitting it to pieces inside your core"
Satasha curious "How so?"
The Fallen explained "Everyone has a private space called the sea of heart inside of them, there lies their core, by using your power you can split it, since we share the same body our souls co-exist together making one massive ocean within this body, the bigger the sea the stronger that person is, when you extract some of your soul by using power, you also give them your life span and powers"
Satasha interrupted "So the elixir of immortality is just part of your soul implanted"
The Fallen fell silent, she continued "Doesn't that mean that you wanted to give Zeta all of your soul? You noticed your body began decaying and wanted a replacement, did Zeta knew about this?"
The Fallen "No"
Satasha "So I just need to use my power to separate our souls?"
The Fallen "If you do this, it will consume you and make your life span shorter"
Satasha closed the book "I didn't have one to begin with, I am borrowing yours"
The Fallen scoffed "You think I'll let you take my life span? Keep dreaming kid"
Satasha smirked "This or you won't have your body back"
The Fallen "Are you threatening me?"
Satasha teasing "I am haggling"
The Fallen "I'll tell you where my body is, after the separation you will be weak and won't be able to kill or fight me"
Satasha smiled "No need! I'll figure it out myself" from her paper cut she pulled a thin spike of blood while she kept him busy with all of her questions, and before he noticed it she immediately stabbed her core.
The Fallen was confused, spikes of blood filled his body, he unknowingly let his guard down with her, she made him comfortable thinking he was in control for a while before striking.
He chuckled "You doubled cross me!"
Satasha didn't answer, instead she used her power and sealed him by putting him to sleep.
After using too much power she fell on her knees exhausted, there were no time to waste, now it's race with time. She needs to find a new vessel before he breaks free, she fell again after getting up rapidly. Her steps were heavier than usual, she made a port gate to the place where The Fallen rested using soul tracking to get to there.
She crossed the port gate to an outskirts of a town that she never visited before, she followed her hunch toward the forest ahead. It was densely dark forest, the sun barely reached the ground, yet she could see her path. She barely kept her pace steady, breathing heavily and coughing blood every now and then.
After what seemed ages to her she reached a bizarre twin trees that circled around each other, she guessed that was an entrance of some kind. She crossed them and it immediately transmitted her to yet another bizarre place, everything seemed out of order in this place; trees being upside-down, the sky and ground switched their colors, animal stripes in plants, and animals with floral colors.
Satasha "I must be hallucinating" she concluded, nevertheless she kept walking forward.
It took her a while before reaching a cabin in the middle of this place, arched her brows unamused by how this cabin appeared. It's Windows were made from cloud like material, it wood were made by a colored gaseous plates, and and it's door was pitch black circle. She sighed and entered the cabin.
Once she crossed it she was transmitted to another place, it seemed like a garden of some sort with a house of glass centering it.
In that house laid a young man, he was sleeping like an angel, his beauty captivated her. She nudge him gently but he didn't make a reaction.
Satasha pondered for a minute hesitating, she took a deep breath then cut her hand slightly with the dagger she had under her sleeves, with her blood she formed a spike and stabbed him in the middle of his chest. She huffed and by using her power she embedded part of her soul in him, her body ached badly making her vomit blood over him. She again used that blood and infiltrated his skin, she cut his hand and extracted his blood. She embedded his blood in her core to stabilize the part of his soul in her, once the part of his soul cooled down, her breaths returned to normal.
Satasha fell on her knees exhausted, sat down for a few minutes before getting back up, once she was standing on her feet she dragged the man with her.
She nagged "For someone who was sleeping for long time you are sure heavy"
She carried him out of the garden, the bizarre place, and back to the dense forest where she wanted to make a port gate, but was stopped by five grim-reapers.
"Give him back" One of them demanded
Satasha snarked "Yeah... I think not" before they attacked her she transmitted with him to a different place. Using her powers at the moment exhausted her, she fell on him huffing.
Satasha pushed him aside panting "Even in your sleep you give me trouble" she didn't know where she was but decided to drag him and hide him somewhere for a while till she get some rest then transmit him to her house.
After dragging him for a while she placed him on the ground to rest her back for a moment. "Satasha?" she heard a man voice walking toward her, she drew her dagger to attack but when she saw who it was she sighed "What are you doing here Keno?"
Keno puzzled "I'd like to ask you the same thing!" he stopped near her and saw a man laying on the ground motionless.
He asked "Is he dead?"
Satasha panting "Does it matter?"
Keno shrugged "So who is this?"
Satasha stared disgustedly at him answering "Memories his face, that is the face of a bitch"
Keno chuckled "Do you need help burying him?"
Satasha "Yes please, he's too heavy for me"
Keno lifted him from his shoulder while Satasha lifted his legs.
"Where are we going to bury him?"
Satasha "Is there a cave here or a ditch?"
Keno pointed with his nose "There's a cave that way"
They carried the body to the cave and placed him far away in the darkest depths of the cave.
Keno "Well the insects will thank us for this. So... How did he offend you to grant him such a humiliating burial?"
Satasha sighed, she didn't answer his question instead she asked "Is this cave known by the town folks?"
Keno got annoyed by how she refused to answer any of his questions "No!"
Satasha huffed patting his shoulder saying "The less you know the better" she paused for seconds "Better yet, forget this whole encounter"
Keno glared disposabled by this, he sighed "As you wish! Let's go now"
They walked toward the cave entrance, Satasha being ahead of him stepped first out, she sensed movements in it, immediately she ran fast toward Keno pulling him back deep into the cave. Before he could say anything she pushed him toward the darkness and covered his mouth, she pressed her body on him pushing him further to the wall trying to shield his presence from them.
Keno was flustered by how close she stood, her ear touched his cheeks, he blinked rapidly trying to process what was she doing, he tried to push her hand from his mouth but she resisted, she turned her head facing his, their noses touched, Keno immediately lifted his head up.
She whispered "Stay still!" her cold breaths tickled his neck.
Flustered he tapped her hand that covered his mouth, she pulled it away.
"Do you have to stand this close to me?" he whispered
Satasha didn't answer, she was concentrating her magic to make them invisible, they heard footsteps closing in. Keno stared at the cave entrance, he instinctively placed his arm around her to shield her. Someone stood at the entrance scanning the inside, he pondered for minutes walking slowly in, before he could reach them someone called "I found something!" he went to him immediately.
Satasha was anxious, if they find Keno they'll kill him for sure, she breathed rapidly trying to think of a way to get him out of here unharmed.
Keno caressed her arm whispering "They won't catch us stop worrying"
Satasha stared at him worried if she could protect both of them in her current state. This was a suicidal mission that she took knowing the danger and stakes, but dragging him to this seemed unfair, she placed her hand on his cheek gently "It's not me that I am worrying about! You must leave here at once!"
Keno scoffed "You think a bunch of misfits can take me down? You have no idea what I am capable of" he held her hand and placed it on his chest staring her eyes reassuring.
Even in the dark Satasha could see his eyes glimmering, she shifted her gaze at the entrance trying to think of a solution, she can only transmit one of them, either him or The Fallen's body. Her breathing remained rapid making her breaths cold.
Keno was lying to himself if he said he didn't enjoy how close she stood next to him, he kept tracing her movements unable to shake his desire to hold onto her a bit longer, even if when he pretended to be her friend, he could never stop craving her touch, and for him it has been months since the last time he was able to hold her.
Satasha on the other side had chose to save Keno first if anything happened, they'll find them soon enough, she just hoped to be able to use her power properly to fight. A midst the strom of her thoughts she remembered something.
'Keno indeed has means to evade himself from danger' she thought 'He was the only one who was able to move back in the abyss'
Then she remembered back in the battle he was also the only one she wasn't able to control. Satasha had a sudden realization, she opened her eyes widely trying not to make him notice her smile, she placed her head on his shoulder.
'He has resistance!' she thought rejoicing 'That's why they sent him alone to fight The Fallen! They knew that he's able to fight back'
She tried her best not to laugh 'He can be an excellent piece in this fight! I just need to make sure if I am right, but how' she dropped her smile immediately and stared into his eyes.
Satasha was so immersed in her thoughts that she took little notice on his hand that cradled her head, his gaze was rather gentle and mix of emotions. She smiled faintly at him, she knows exactly how to test her theory now.
Keno's reputation proceeds him, his frequency to brothels and his concubines bare witness, his hunger to fill the void in his heart doomed him to be a derogatory. Satasha's gaze shifted from the entrance to him then back to the entrance, she wasn't sure if she had luxury of time to do her test. Keno who had many intentions toward her placed his other hand under her jaw trying to clam her anxiety "Stop worrying about everything" he whispered.
Keno indeed wasn't thinking properly at this moment, her helplessness captivated him, even when she's almighty and powerful, she can still be helpless sometimes. He found it rather adorable, he scoffed "Let us try and escape"
Satasha knew even if he saw her as a pawn, he must've had improper thoughts about her once or twice, and right now might as well be one of these times. She hesitated for a bit, then placed her hand on his cheek pulling him closer kissing him. She gently brushed her lips on his with her eyes partly closed, she then pushed his jaw slightly down and kissed him deeply, she licked his lower lip and for him that was the trigger.
At first he was shocked by her kissing not knowing if he should push her away or give into it, seeing how her lashes trembling scratched something deep in him, and after the lick, he completely lost it. He switched their position and pushed her on the wall, while pulling her body closer to him, one arm pulling while the other holding her head fearing that she'll change her mind and pull away. His kisses were gentle but domineering, it left her rather breathless, she kept breaking it every now and then to breathe, yet he gave her no chance, once she shows resistance his grip tightened.
Satasha opened her eyes slowly to see if he had let his guard down, after few minutes she saw how immersed he was and his grip relaxed. She moved her hand slowly from his neck to his head were she rested it on his temple, she used her power to control him
'Make a port gate, leave this place and never come back' she commanded.
Satasha felt her power dispensing to him, yet he didn't stop, instead he grabbed her hand and pushed it on the wall locking her wrist while his index pressing the plam of her hand.
Satasha now was certain, he has resistance that's why he's feared. She tried to stop and resume with her plan but she didn't consider how hard that would be. She tried to move her head away, but his hand that held her head was now encircling her neck; she didn't know if she had small neck or his hands were big, she now had no escape. He kept kissing her for a while, neither letting her go nor resting as if he was starving. She placed her elbow on his chest trying to push him away but it seemed like she was powerless. After she stopped kissing him he grew agitated, he didn't want to lose to her again it would be the third time that she does, the idea of her approaching him just to make him leave made him furious, it broke something deep down probably his ego.
Even if she didn't want to kiss him anymore and her lips began to close didn't matter to him, after what seemed half an hour he finally stopped.
Satasha gasped for air, she panted "Stop and leave"
His head remained near her nuzzling his nose on hers, he gently kissed her cheek, eyes, her ear lobe, then continued kissing her down to her collar bone.
Satasha was glaring at the entrance fearing that they were discovered, luckily the movements ahead died down.
"Keno I think they left" she whispered
Keno took no interest, instead he bit her neck hard, she flinched. He kissed the bite and continued kissing her neck to her ear, she tried to push him again but this time she used more force. He stepped back a bit still holding her wrist, she saw the flame of desire burning in his eyes, he huffed angrily.
She repeated "You must leave!"
Her words pierced his heart, he pulled her hard for another kiss but this time she immediately placed her other hand on his mouth blocking him. He bit her hand and tasted blood, concerned he forcefully pulled it away seeing the cut that she made back in the garden, he became furious 'Who dared to harm her?' he thought.
She tried to pull her hand away but he grabbed her tightly, he used his power to heal it, after it was healed he kissed it and placed it on his chest holding onto it. He walked closer to her while she kept walking away till she reached the cave's wall and had no where to go, once they were too close from the other he kissed her forehead. That surprised her, his whole reaction after kissing him first surprised her.
Keno rested his forehead on hers clenching his jaws "Kiss me!"
This seemed more of a plea than an order to her. He pushed her jaw with his thumb a bit, resting it on her lips, he moved his lips near hers whispering "Kiss me!" he pleaded again.
Satasha was baffled, she could sense his heart beating fast, and his heavy breathing, she didn't know if she gave in he'd just suffice with kissing only, yet she'd fool herself if she said that his plea didn't sway her a bit.
"Just one kiss then you leave" she whispered
Keno didn't care about the rest of the sentence, he brushed his lips against hers slowly kissing her. Cunning as he is he kept his lips on hers even when he lifted her feet off the ground, so it would consider as one kiss.
They kissed for another hour, during which he never let her rest. Satasha wanted to stop shortly after he began but changed her mind once she felt his tears, she was confused of why he was crying while kissing her. She opened her eyes and saw his lashes trembling and his brows frowned, she caressed his hair to ease him, yet his tears fell uncontrollably, he indeed seemed a bit off as if he needed someone to comfort him, so she took pity on how vulnerable he was at the moment and let him continue.
Keno was overwhelmed and didn't know why he was crying also, perhaps he felt too comfortable with her that led him to show all his emotion, or it was the feeling of her gently warm touch that reminded him of his mother, he craved for her even more, yet his thoughts began to grew wild, he tried to resist but he couldn't, he finally stopped, huffing.
He pressed himself on her trying to restrain himself, but he failed. Satasha could sense his part bulge when he pressed himself on her, he stared at her like a wounded pup waiting for permission, he didn't wait for her answer and moved his head closer for another kiss, she pulled hers away reminding "Just one"
Defeated he placed his head on her shoulder breathing heavily, the grip of his hand tightened on her thighs, he then nuzzled his nose on her neck trying his best to control himself.
"Keno" She called
"Hmm?" trying to restrain himself
"Can you put me down now?" she asked
Keno's eyes pleaded her for more but she was assertive, he gently released her while his eyes were fixated on her. She held his neck and transmitted both of them back to her house "Come in, I'll prepare food for you to eat" she invited
Keno scanned the place "Where is this?"
Satasha held his hand guiding him inward "My hideout, but thanks to you I'll need another one"
They entered the house, she sat him done on the kitchen table while she went to make a soup.
"A farm!" he exclaimed
Satasha chuckled "A farm" she moved here and there to make the soup while he watched her.
It didn't take long for her to make vegetable soup for him, she placed a bowl in front of him and patted his head. Keno stared at the bowl unsure "Is this your first time?" he asked
Satasha brought a herbal tea that calms the nerves "Just eat!" she poured a glass for both of them.
Keno took one sip reluctantly but to his surprise it tasted good, so he finished it fast.
"Drink this tea it'll help" she offered
He drank the tea afterwards, and indeed it soothed him a bit. This made him feel nostalgic, he pondered at the tea remembering his past, tears fell down again, Satasha instinctively wiped them out. Keno held her hand and began crying silently, he lowered his head not wanting her to see his tears but he felt her hand gently lifting it. She was worried about him while wiping his tears with her hands, she embraced him gently patting his back. Keno immediately pulled her closer and sat her on his lap embracing her tightly, he buried his face in her chest sobbing. He didn't know why this was happening, he had never cried in front of anyone before, it felt weird to be comforted by another, and more over it felt even weirder being comforted by her. Nevertheless, he kept holding her, he tried not to sob for too long, so shortly he placed his head on her shoulder, his tears didn't stop. She pushed his head off her shoulder trying to see if he was drugged or sick, she placed her hand on his forehead to check his temperature, he had was slightly feverish.
"What's going on?" she asked worryingly
He shook his head unable to answer without crying, he closed his eyes forcing his tears to stop.
"Don't worry I won't tell anyone else about this, your reputation will remain untarnished" she reassured
Keno scoffed, he brushed her hair off her face then placed his hand on her temple, he admired every bit of her face "Can you stay with me tonight?" he asked "I don't want to be alone"
Satasha nodded "You go and sit on the couch, I'll go and bring you some clothes" "No need!" he said immediately "I just want to hold onto you for a while"
Satasha smiled warmly "On the couch, my legs are getting numb"
He didn't let her move an inch away from him, he immediately carried her to the couch and sat next to her placing his head on her shoulder, she caressed it brushing his hair with her fingers, he dozed off.
Satasha kept thinking about how to use him while caressing his hair, she then had an idea, a mad one but effective if proven right, it was a high stake gamble from her side but things could be reversed if she do it right. She moved her hand from his head to his chest and abdomen trying to sense his core without using power, she failed to sense it so she chose his heart 'Even if it wasn't his core, I' d gain access anyway' she thought.
She bit her finger so hard that it started to bleed, using her ability to manipulate matter, she turned it to a needle holding onto it under her dress.
"Keno" she gently called him trying to shift his position so she could stab him in the right angle.
Keno who was dozing off "Hmm?" he tightened his embrace
"I need to go somewhere, can you wait for me here?" she gently spoke
Keno immediately open his eyes, he didn't want to let go so he grabbed her thigh pulling her closer to him, he shifted her position from sitting next to him to her sitting on his lap, one hand gripping her thigh tightly while the other held her neck forcefully "You are not going anywhere away from me, understood" he ordered angrily.
Satasha shifted the needle to her other hand, she adjusted her position make her face closer to him, she held his neck tightly while bringing her face closer to him, he smirked arrogantly thinking she surrendered herself to him, little did he know that the next thing she did was stabbing him in his heart.
She whispered "I'll never be your toy"
He gasped once he was stabbed and pushed her away, she pulled him back closer holding him tightly from the neck while her other hand rested near his stab wound still pumping her blood into his body, he tried to push her away but his body was failing him.
"Shhh... Be a good boy and stop resisting! The sooner you fall asleep the better" she whispered in his ear.
Paralyzed he tried to speak but he couldn't produce a sound, Satasha loosened her grip and glanced at him face, his eyes were glaring angrily at her, she smiled warmly and kissed him. Using her power she infiltrated his core and mind, she altered his memory of their encounter making him forget all the important parts and leaving few details for him to remember.
Keno's lids began dropping, he felt dizzy as if he's about to sleep but wanted to resist further, he glared at her and saw her eyes were fixated at the window behind him, he felt her cold anxious breaths on him before she moved away from him standing, he fell on his side but his gaze remained fixated on her, she forged a sword from her power glaring anxiously at the windows.
"Shit!" she cussed
Keno sensed something wrong with this situation, her sudden change in her demeanor and her anxious stare at him for a moment before using her power to transmit him.
Unable to move, Keno fell on the floor of his residence, she transmitted him back to the eastern palace.
Once he noticed his guards rushing worriedly at him he finally gave in and closed his eyes.
