Chapter 331: Greed, the God of Destruction
A dark stream of divine light shot from the hand of the God of Destruction, pouring into the glowing screen before him.
Immediately, the image shifted to reveal a figure—Gu Yue Na, enveloped in lightning. Her once-silver hair now shimmered with electric light, and between her brows glowed a thunder-shaped dragon mark.
The God of Destruction frowned deeply and spoke gravely.
"So, she intends to fuse with an external power to comprehend the ninth element."
"However, she hasn't succeeded yet. We must stop her now—she must not be allowed to complete her breakthrough!"
Before his words faded, the image quaked violently. The thunder power erupting from Gu Yue Na pierced through space itself, sending faint ripples of divine energy across the God Realm.
The four god kings rose at once as golden runes appeared on the floor beneath them.
"She noticed our observation!"
"What should we do now?"
The God of Kindness asked in a calm but heavy tone.
"The place where the Silver Dragon King is advancing is saturated with violent lightning—it's likely the same region where spirit beasts experience their heavenly tribulations. That area is overflowing with elemental thunder energy, speeding up her absorption of that purple lightning bead. She won't need much longer to complete her transformation."
The God of Destruction's body erupted in dark flame. "We must not let her succeed! The decree of the God Realm was clear—no spirit beast may ever set foot in the divine realm!"
As his voice fell, his black flames flared violently, spiderweb cracks spreading across the marble floor beneath the shockwaves of divine power.
He turned toward two nearby deities, his tone cold and absolute. "God of Destruction, God of Greed—you two will depart immediately."
The female god licked her lips, sparks flaring from her fingertips beneath a crimson gown. "Do you want me to peel the scales off that crawling beast one by one?"
The very space around her twisted, shimmering with heat waves as light itself seemed to burn.
The God of Greed rubbed his hands together, his clouded eyes glinting with perverse delight. "I've heard that the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King's reverse scales hold the essence of heaven and earth—and those thunder origins… tsk, tsk. This could be profitable indeed."
From within his sleeves, faint shadows writhed—a vortex of endless hunger.
Tang San frowned, drawing glowing runes in midair. "Listen well. Your primary objective is to interrupt the Silver Dragon King's breakthrough. If Di Tian interferes—kill him on the spot. But do not damage the fundamental structure of the Douluo Plane."
Before his words ended, two divine lights ripped through the skies of the God Realm, descending like meteors toward the Douluo Continent.

Di Tian abruptly lifted his head, his golden eyes reflecting two blazing streaks tearing through the night.
An overwhelming dragon's aura burst from him as his enormous body uncoiled to its full length, hundreds of meters long, blotting out the moonlight. "So they've come at last!"
"Shameless gods!"
The Board of All Beings floated above his palm, its black-and-white mists raging like a beast smelling blood.
Inside the cavern, Gu Yue Na had entered the critical stage of her breakthrough. Thunder around her condensed into a tangible dragon form, its breaths shaking the entire mountain.
Suddenly, the thunder mark between her brows flickered weakly. A mouthful of blood, laced with electric light, spilled from her lips.
"My Lord!"
Di Tian's heart lurched—then his eyes locked on the two figures landing a hundred meters away.
The God of Destruction strode through burning space, her skirt brushing over ancient trees, reducing them instantly to ash. "A mere reptile dares stand against the will of the God Realm?"
She raised her hand, forming a crimson whip of pure flame, crackling as it lashed toward Di Tian.
The God of Greed, on the other hand, stared directly at the cave, his throat tightening. "That lightning origin… more exquisite than I imagined."
He formed a seal, and the ground split apart with countless black fissures. Tendrils of shadow energy crawled through the earth toward the cave like parasitic roots, trying to wrench the lightning power free from its source.
Di Tian roared in fury. The Board of All Beings flared open.
The black-and-white mists surged forth like twin torrents, forming a vast chessboard barrier before him. "Gods or not—you shall taste the rage of the spirit beasts today!"
He thrust the board forward, expanding the barrier until it enveloped half of the God of Destruction's body.
"Petty trickery!"
She sneered as the flame whip expanded tenfold, slamming down with enough force to incinerate mountains.
The mists swirled violently yet held fast under the assault.
"What is this thing?" she exclaimed, momentarily caught off guard.
At that precise moment, a green light streaked across the sky, landing beside Di Tian.
"You shouldn't have come! Leave now!"
Di Tian's expression hardened as he recognized the figure.
Out of the glowing light, Bi Ji emerged, holding a crystalline immortal herb that shimmered with pure vitality.
The life aura radiating from her soothed the torn air around them. "Di Tian, I won't leave you."
Di Tian's pupils contracted. "You're being reckless!"
He knew full well that while Bi Ji's life-granting power could heal all things, it couldn't possibly withstand a god's attack. Coming here was tantamount to suicide.
The God of Greed, grinning wickedly, suddenly lunged toward her. "Another one to die? That life essence of yours would fetch quite the price…"
From his sleeves surged a swarm of black tendrils, exuding a ravenous force that wrapped toward Bi Ji.
"Don't you dare!"
Di Tian bellowed, slamming his palm against the chessboard.
The black-and-white mists reversed direction, sealing the God of Destruction within temporarily.
He turned, his golden claws slicing through the void, sending a wave of razor-sharp energy at the approaching tendrils.
Boom!
When the claws met the shadows, Di Tian felt a strange, pulling suction along his arm, draining his dragon power at its root.
He jerked back, eyes narrowing as the God of Greed's lips curved into a sinister grin. "The power of the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King… exquisite."
Inside the cave, Gu Yue Na's voice thundered out, crackling through the air.
"Di Tian! Use the Board of All Beings to trap and kill the God of Destruction! I split off a clone earlier—with Bi Ji's aid, it's enough to handle the God of Greed."
The cave rumbled as a resonant dragon's roar echoed forth.
A faint thread of silver light traced along the ground's ley lines, winding into the immortal herb in Bi Ji's grasp.
She instantly felt a familiar dragon aura surge through her veins and nodded toward Di Tian. "Do it—now!"
Life energy and dragon might intertwined, forming a vibrant green shield before her that momentarily held back the God of Greed's assault.
Di Tian's eyes hardened. There was no more hesitation.
"Boundary of All Beings!"
The chessboard rose high, the tiles spinning furiously as the black-and-white light engulfed the God of Destruction, dragging her entirely into the alternate dimension.
Di Tian's voice echoed from within the barrier. "This will be your grave!"
Inside the sealed space, the God of Destruction found herself surrounded by a realm of black and white chaos, filled with endless spectral figures drifting through mist.
She snorted coldly as her entire body ignited with destructive flame. "Then I'll burn this false world to ash!"
Scarlet flames coalesced into a roaring fire dragon, crashing wildly against the walls of space.
