"Go ahead, Mr Lewis. What is the bad news?" Luciano asked.
"Well we've managed to get all of the signatures required. In fact, everyone was very keen on signing. As it stands, the representative from the United States is the only one stopping the commission of the university. They've remained adamant, using the same excuse. They don't think you're qualified to own a university."
"Are you kidding me?" He scoffed. "It's not like I'll be the one running the place. That's what hiring a qualified candidate is about. If we can run a high school here, why not a university?"
"I'm sorry, Mr De Luca, but I did my very best in trying to convince them."
"Who is this person? I want their information. Maybe I can convince them myself."
"Oh no," he shook his head. "That unfortunately cannot happen. They have to be anonymous for a reason. You know, to reduce the risk of being intimidated."
