~Lydia POV~
I watched from the upper balcony as Serah stormed away from the young rogue near the garden wall. My heart beat faster because the plan was already moving, but I had not expected her to catch us talking so soon. I turned to leave when I heard her voice ring out behind me.
"Stop right there, Lydia!"
Serah marched straight toward me, her face tight with anger, and Jethro appeared from nowhere and walked beside her, close enough that their arms almost brushed. Guess his wondering what is going on.
I lifted my chin. "What do you want?"
Serah stopped a few steps away. "I just left your rogue servant, and he told me everything. You asked him to get close to me, to make it look like we were having an affair! Have you lost your mind? What kind of ridiculous game are you playing now?"
Jethro's eyebrows shot up. He glanced at me, surprised.
