I turned, my eyes cold.
"I wonder too."
Dabeum shook his head stepping closer. "No—the only time Heukjin has gone berserk like this was that time…what was his name again?"
"Lee Sehyun." Yeonwoo said.
I looked at him. He was seated on a chair, legs crossed, a frown settled between his brows.
"Even when buried deep within me," he added his voice mirthless, " his name never left your lips."
A moment of silence ensued between us as he held my gaze steadily. This version of Yeonwoo rarely surfaced. This Yeonwoo was devoid of the usual aura of confidence. This Yeonwoo looked…scared. Not of me but of the person named Sehyun.
"Right.. right. That was his name. Wasn't it then, with the incident involving his parents? Heukjin was as cold-blooded then as he is now."
I tore my gaze from Yeonwoo and returned it to Dabeum.
