The stinging pain on his face sent shockwaves through Madara's mind. He couldn't believe it—he had just been truly revived, and the very first sensation he felt was the pain of being hit!
Madara managed to halt his momentum in mid-air. His black Truth-Seeking Balls finally formed into a shield around him. Gritting his teeth, his purple Rinnegan spun rapidly, scanning the area to locate Kaoru.
To the left…!
Sensing a familiar presence flash by his left side, Madara's eyes, possessing superior dynamic vision, instantly locked onto Kaoru's position. He immediately shifted the black shield to the left!
BOOM!!!
A dull impact echoed. Madara's eyes widened in utter disbelief. The moment he moved his defense to the left, his right cheek was struck by an overwhelming force!
"'Heh… You can't block me…'"
Kaoru's calm yet mocking voice whispered right beside Madara's ear. Furious, Madara swung his Truth-Seeking Ball staff wildly toward the sound, only to hit nothing but empty air.
CRASH!!!
Agonizing pain shot through his spine. Kaoru had appeared directly behind him without a sound and delivered a devastating blow!
Damn it!!!
Madara frantically redirected his shield to cover his back.
BOOM!!!
He felt as if countless bones were shattering inside his body. Blood spurted from his mouth. Although his Ten-Tails Jinchūriki body could heal instantly, the humiliation he felt was unbearable.
Even though he had moved his shield to where he thought the attack was coming from, he still got hit. It felt like he was nothing more than a puppet on strings, completely at Kaoru's mercy. The joy of his revival had vanished in an instant.
"'You're slowing down…'"
While Madara was still reeling from the previous hit, Kaoru's voice came again. Madara tried to stabilize himself, but even though Kaoru seemed to kick at empty air, Madara felt the impact squarely on his face and was sent flying once more!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Deafening impacts rang out continuously across the battlefield. Kaoru moved like a phantom, appearing and disappearing around Madara.
Every time he struck, the attack seemed to come from a dimension Madara couldn't see. Even though the Truth-Seeking Balls remained intact, Madara was taking heavy damage!
Watching from afar, Tsunade, Gaara, and the others, along with Black Zetsu hiding in the rocks, were completely stunned.
They couldn't even track Kaoru's movements with their eyes, but they could clearly see Madara being battered relentlessly, like a ship in a storm. Every impact felt like a hammer strike to their own hearts. This was truly beyond their comprehension.
"'AAAAAAHHHH!!!'"
Madara finally let out a roar of rage. Under the relentless assault, his once-handsome face was now bruised and swollen, turning red and blue in patches.
"'You bastard! I blocked your attacks with my Truth-Seeking Balls! How can you still hit me!!!'" He screamed, staring at Kaoru with eyes filled with fury and confusion.
"'Because… you simply cannot defend against my attacks…'" Kaoru smiled mysteriously.
In reality, Kaoru wasn't using any special hero abilities. He was using Sage Art: Frog Kata—a powerful Senjutsu fighting style that had been largely overlooked.
Frog Kata utilizes the natural energy surrounding the user to strike the opponent. This meant the attack didn't necessarily come from Kaoru's physical position. For example, Kaoru could punch forward, but the natural energy would hit Madara from behind, making it impossible to block or predict.
In the original story, Naruto used this against Pain, but rarely used it afterward. To Kaoru, however, it was the perfect technique for this situation—an unavoidable physical attack!
Seeing Kaoru's relaxed expression, Madara's anger reached its peak. Channeling his immense chakra, he commanded his Truth-Seeking Balls to swirl around him, forming a perfect black sphere that completely enclosed his body!
"'Heh… Hiding inside a shell won't save you, Madara… You still haven't learned your lesson…'"
Floating in front of the black sphere, Kaoru's scarlet eyes glowed with an unfathomable light. He raised his right hand, and a black sphere identical to a Truth-Seeking Ball began to form in front of him!!!
"'Dark Sphere!!!'"
A black orb materialized in the air—it was the Q ability of Syndra, the Dark Sovereign.

Kaoru raised his arms. The nine orbs shot forward simultaneously, carrying enough power to shake the heavens and earth. They collided violently with Madara's black protective sphere!!!
BOOM!!!
The sound was deafening, like the world itself was tearing apart. Shockwaves rippled outward, shattering everything in their path!
Crack…
Under the assault of Kaoru's perfected Sage Mode, the sphere formed by Madara's Truth-Seeking Balls shattered like a fragile eggshell. Countless black fragments rained down upon the earth, vaporizing everything they touched.
