Chapter 1 - Journey in the new World

I woke up and opened my eyes to the familiar world. Everything around me appeared as usual.

I set off for work like any other day, but along the way, the space around me suddenly distorted. Before I could comprehend what was happening to my reality, everything vanished.

I woke up abruptly, stranded in an entirely different world or universe. Panic set in—I couldn't determine which direction to go, let alone what to do next. My name is Hegemon, and I had no idea how I was brought into this realm or what had transpired.

I tried to regain my composure, but keeping calm proved nearly impossible when I realized I was trapped in an endless, dense forest.

Suddenly, a massive bear lunged from behind me. I sprinted as fast as I could, narrowly escaping with my life—only to stumble directly into a pack of wolves. It seemed I had unwittingly trespassed onto their territory.

What should I do?

Just as despair hit, a surge of powerful energy burst from deep within my body, terrifying the wolves and forcing them to flee.

Meanwhile, across a different dimension of space-time...

A vile deity—the God of Evil known as King Evil—looked on. He was the mastermind responsible for Hegemon's miserable existence.

Back in the forest, Hegemon struggled forward. Having warded off the wolves, he desperately searched for a way out of the endless woods. Along the path, he encountered a young woman.

Hegemon shook her hand and asked, "How did you end up here?"

Holding her hand, he listened closely as she revealed her story.

"The reason I was brought here is because of a man named King Evil," she explained.

Hegemon pondered the name. She possessed far more knowledge than he did because—due to a anomaly in the story's progression—she had met King Evil directly. Her brain had been forcibly crammed with vast amounts of information about this realm, where space and time operated on completely different laws compared to other worlds.

"This story was originally supposed to end in this very chapter," she continued. "The God of Evil is the creator of this world, pulling the strings and manipulating its very fate."

In the cosmic void, a mysterious entity with the grand demeanor of a king confronted the deity, criticizing him sharply:

"You are acting like an unruly child, throwing tantrums for your own amusement."

King Evil merely scoffed, dismissing him indifferently:

"Go away. This is my game, and I'll play it how I like. Besides, I already know what you all are thinking... yes, I know exactly what you're thinking! "

Whether this tale is true or not doesn't matter—if a story carries deeper meaning, then that is a story worth telling.
