Sora quickly understood Yanagi Danzō's intention.
He wanted to split the authority of the 2nd Division and distribute it to the 6th, 8th, and 9th Divisions.
The authority of transporting supplies, which the 3rd Division was responsible for in the past, was also split to the 5th Division, making the 5th Division the Logistics Unit.
The changes to the 10th Division were also significant. It was directly changed to a unit stationed in the World of the Living. Its original patrol and guard authority was split to the 7th and 13th Divisions.
