Then, the more information about the transformation target, the higher the level, and the more Chakra it takes to use. The consumption of Ninjutsu after transformation is normal, though.
Mokgetsu has two states while in transformation: one is Mokgetsu's own skills, and the other is the skills of the transformation target. Using the transformation target's skills will consume the corresponding information, and once it is depleted, the skills can't be used anymore. Cancelling the transformation refreshes the information.
