Mokgetsu doesn't have much impression of True Qi Fist in the Pokemon anime, but he does remember the effects in the game.
In the Pokemon game, True Qi Fist is a fighting-type move with a power as high as 150 points, and the specific effect is to gather energy first and then launch an attack.
The system localized for Konoha translates to using a special technique called 'Qi Gathering' to condense all the body's chakra and physical strength onto the fist, then deliver an ultimate punch.
From Mokgetsu's perspective, True Qi Fist can be said to fully utilize the characteristic of 'bricks fly with great power'.
