As Mokgetsu completed the gathering of Chakra, a large mass of flames was expelled, quickly dividing into two streams forming a ring of fire that enveloped several large trees.
Mokgetsu continuously output Chakra to maintain control over the flames, and under Mokgetsu's command, the flames inside the ring scattered, quickly burning the trapped trees.

As a Fire Release Ninjutsu, Flame Vortex is more flexible than most Fire Releases, allowing for numerous variations during its execution as long as Chakra supply is maintained.

In the Sunny Day range, Water Release Ninjutsu requires extra Chakra consumption, otherwise its power diminishes.
Whereas within the Rain Dance range, there was no immediate effect before the flames appeared, but once released, the larger the Fire Release's range, the more it was influenced by Rain Dance. Conversely, the smaller the flames, the lesser the effect.
Clearly, due to the reality-based localization, Rain Dance and Sunny Day have notable differences.
"I wonder what differences there are between a normal rainy day and a day created by Rain Dance." Having compared Rain Dance and Sunny Day, Mokgetsu pondered a new angle.
In the Ninja World, there is no Ninjutsu similar to Sunny Day, but multiple methods exist to create rainy days.

The second method resembles Rain Dance, which is the Rain Tiger at Will Jutsu employed by the Deva Path of Pain.

Mokgetsu hadn't mastered the Rain Tiger at Will Jutsu, making comparison with Rain Dance impossible, yet creating rainy days was simple for him.

After relocating, Mokgetsu aimed a fire dragon at the sky for artificial rain.
This time it wasn't as quick as Rain Dance, but the range of rainfall was broader.
Mokgetsu employed his usual method, using the same Water Release both within and outside the rain's range for comparison, then comparing the Water Release under natural rainfall with that enhanced by Rain Dance.
"As expected, the effect of Rain Dance is more pronounced." Mokgetsu concluded.
It's well known that Water Release is stronger in watery areas, even benefiting Water Release Ninja in natural rainy conditions.
However, upon detailed comparison, Mokgetsu noticed that the rain from Rain Dance significantly enhanced Water Release compared to ordinary rainfall.
This result was within Mokgetsu's expectations, as consuming such vast amounts of Chakra for only a few minutes of weather must provide significant advantages to match the quality of an S-level Drawing Scroll.
