Chapter 140 - Chapter 139: Arrival at Morag — The Power Stone

The Inhumans had long maintained contact with the Kree and other cosmic races, so their technology naturally wasn't far behind.

Leo and his group, however, couldn't operate this type of Universe warship. They needed a skilled pilot.

But really—did Medusa intend for her own royal sister, Crystal, to personally pilot it?

Everyone could see through Medusa's intentions. The ship's "pilot" was clearly bait.

The women, unimpressed by this stunning Inhuman beauty, immediately recognized the honey trap.

They united like a defensive formation, ignoring Crystal completely and refusing to speak to her.

Some looked out at the scenery, others played games. The endless cosmic expanse was breathtaking at first.

But after snapping countless photos and videos, the novelty wore off, and they quickly grew bored.

Leo, meanwhile, was a bit speechless. Seriously, Medusa? You think I'm that kind of guy?

What did she take him for—a cosmic playboy?

Was he the kind of man who'd fall for beauty? Absolutely not.

"Crystal, come and massage my back."

"Yes, just like that—good technique. You've got nice hands."

Leo lay back like a contented lord, enjoying his interstellar cruise. Life was good.

Mmm… too good.

He had to admit, though—Crystal's figure was seriously impressive. A little more gifted than Wanda or Natasha… just saying.

He kept his eyes closed, maintaining his composure. No rush, he thought lazily. Good things come with time.

Still, he did feel a bit guilty. "Quicksilver, buddy… sorry. I didn't mean to. But your sister-in-law really overdid it with the generosity. They're… big. Way too big."

He muttered under his breath, "Amitabha… if I don't go to hell, who will?" and promptly cast poor Quicksilver out of his mind.

Crystal, watching Leo resting comfortably, fell into her own thoughts.

Born a princess, she had always followed family arrangements. She could decide minor matters—but marriage? Never.

For the royal family, marriage was politics. Love meant nothing; power meant everything.

Crystal didn't whine about "true love" like some spoiled nobles who, after enjoying wealth and comfort, turned around and betrayed their families for so-called romance.

To her, that was the height of hypocrisy. Betrayal in the name of love? Disgusting.

Family was everything. The one that raised you deserved loyalty, not betrayal.

So when Medusa arranged this match, Crystal wasn't angry. In fact, she was relieved.

She had always feared being married off to some grotesque Inhuman mutant.

But this? A powerful, handsome man like Leo? That was practically divine favor!

Her low expectations became her blessing. Satisfaction came easy when one didn't crave too much.

Even if Leo's wives ignored her now, Crystal didn't care. Time would change that.

She chuckled softly at her own thoughts and leaned in to work harder.

Finally, she could leave the Moon and see the wider universe—beside her future husband.

Leo heard her gentle laughter and sighed internally. Great. The girl's daydreaming again. Just stop moving so much—you're gonna suffocate me here!

He adjusted himself to a more comfortable position, still lying there like a corpse.

"Red Queen, how's your learning coming along?"

Since he couldn't sleep, he might as well check her progress.

The Red Queen had already connected to the warship's systems.

Within hours, she had fully analyzed its structure, materials, and operation methods.

The massive alien processor dramatically boosted her computing capacity.

"Master," Red Queen said, excitement clear in her tone, "this alien technology is incredible! They've achieved warp drives—real space jumps like in the movies! Their computing systems far exceed Earth's.

Even Earth's best, China's Sunway TaihuLight, only reaches about 12.5 quintillion operations per second. These Inhuman quantum cores handle over 50 quintillion!"

She paused, almost reverently. "And this is just an Inhuman warship. The Kree's Supreme Intelligence would be beyond calculation. Quadrillions of operations per second, perhaps!"

Leo's eyes lit up, the spark of a bandit igniting within.

Supreme Intelligence, huh?

That enormous Kree AI mainframe… it would make a perfect upgrade for Red Queen.

"Red Queen," Leo said casually, "do you think Supreme Intelligence's core would be useful to you?"

"Master," Red Queen replied carefully, "it's powerful, yes—but far beyond my current capabilities. For me, it'd be like using a cannon to swat a mosquito."

Leo chuckled. "That's fine. We'll just… borrow it first. Negotiations solve everything, right?"

His smile was the picture of shameless righteousness.

If the Kree could hear him, they'd probably cough up blood.

The rest of the journey was uneventful but long. After nearly a month and dozens of warp jumps, they finally reached their destination—Morag.

The Power Stone was close.

Leo stood at the ship's viewing deck, eyes narrowing as he looked down at the ancient, ruined planet.

[Target located. Power Stone energy signature detected. Host proximity—within 100 kilometers.]

Leo's lips curved into a grin.

"Finally," he said softly, "let's go claim the Power Stone."
