"I see...okay, got it. We'll do what we can," I remarked with a grimace, before letting out a slow exhale to compose myself and ease my nerves.
"Let me guess. We're all going to die, aren't we?" Damien sighed wistfully.
"No, that's-...well, maybe, I suppose if be lying if I said that wasn't a real possibility. The Monsters have breached the Sanctuaries, they should be coming into sight any minute now," I responded, preparing myself.
"Yeah...sounds like we're all dead to me."
About two hours ago, the HUC had contacted every Hunter in each of the Sanctuaries, had us form groups and then spread us out across the Sanctuaries.
The Hunters here in Sanctuary Theta had been split into eight groups, and each group had been positioned in one of the four cardinal directions, and the four directions in between.
In other words, north, south, east, west, as well as northeast, northwest, southeast and southwest.
