"Man...it's pretty wild how fast things escalated. There was a point when I was one of the strongest Hunters in Sanctuary Theta. I mean, sure, big fish in a small pond and all, but still. But now, with there being three X-Aces in Theta alone, I've kinda faded into the background," I sighed wistfully, as I cracked my neck.
"You seem awfully calm, considering that your comrades are being massacred, human," Responded the Archdemon I was up against.
Only a couple of minutes have passed since the Monsters breached the Sanctuary, and things have gone to hell real fast. It's complete and utter chaos out here, things are not going well.
The Monsters scattered the group of Hunters I was assigned to, before the Monsters themselves scattered and spread out, wreaking havoc with reckless abandon.
