Vivian's POV
I stepped into my old room, the one I hadn't slept in for the past year, ever since Raya's condition kept getting worse.
Back then, standing against Caroline Housley had felt impossible. Terrifying. But now… I didn't care anymore.
"Just stop whatever you're planning to do to hurt Viona. It will backfire." I said it firmly, standing right in front of her.
"Oh, ha ha… Did I really just hear Vivian defending Viona?" She stepped closer and pointed a finger at my face. "Everything that went wrong in this family started because of you. I should never have trusted you. If you want to make up for all your sins, then stay still. How dare you interfere now?"
I let out a small chuckle. Well, she wasn't wrong. I was a disaster.
"I'm saying this because I pity this family. What exactly are you trying to do to Viona? Do you think Rafael will just let it slide? That man is frightening."
"Who said I was going to harm Viona?"
So… it was Rafael? How bold. How stupid.
