After wrapping up the voting and leaving the rest to the legal team, I followed Rodrique toward another VIP room.
The moment the door opened, I met the cold, unreadable gaze of Dimitri Island, seated on the sofa with one leg crossed, his presence as composed as ever.
Beside him stood an old man with white hair, leaning on a wooden cane, facing the window. He turned slowly, his expression blank as his eyes dragged over me from head to toe.
I gestured for Rodrique to wait outside, then stepped in with steady strides.
"Wow… Kingston, Housley, and Island in one room. Feels like a dream," I said, my tone edged with sarcasm. "What is it? Here to congratulate me? No need to rush. I was planning to invite you to my inauguration."
Dimitri only gave a faint smirk. Dismissive.
