Chapter 441 - Ace And Enel's Current Level Of Strength

Therefore, following such a monster is not shameful; it might even help him achieve his dreams!

This guy just doesn't seem to want to follow the proper procedures!

Looking for another Devil Fruit again?

Is there any Devil Fruit that's better than the one he already has?

Just as Avalo Pizarro was about to say something more, albeit reluctantly… Suddenly, a flash of lightning appeared, followed by a figure standing before him.

Avalo Pizarro's expression changed; he stared intently at the figure before him, his voice heavy with seriousness, "An executive of Umbrella Corporation… Enel, the God of Thunder?"

"A prisoner at the sixth level of Impel Down?"

But facing the serious-looking Avalo Pizarro, Enel seemed indifferent, merely glancing at him curiously before looking at Ian, "Is this guy very strong?"

"It's alright!"

After a moment of surprise at Enel's words, Ian stroked his chin and pondered, "Anyone who can be locked up on the sixth floor is no ordinary person."

However, this guy was later defeated by a certain pink-haired guy and Gecko Moria, who had just escaped.

Although that pink-haired guy was quite strong later on, and Gecko Moria was also a famous pirate who was once known throughout the seas, to be honest, he couldn't even defeat these two guys, and now he's been captured by Zephyr.

It really makes people doubt his strength!

Could it be like that certain top-ranked player in God Valley, he's all just talk?

As for Garp... It's quite normal that he can't beat that old guy.

"Not just anyone, is he?"

This immediately piqued Enel's interest; his eyes fixed on Avalo Pizarro. "I want to fight this guy!"

Hearing Enel's request, Ian did not refuse.

After all, they had already brought Avalo Pizarro here. If he could still manage to escape like this, then there would be no need to wait for the World Government to arrive; he might as well take his family and surrender directly.

Since arriving in the sea and competing with various powerful figures, Enel's combative nature seems to have been activated. As long as he encountered a strong opponent he could fight, this guy would personally step forward to test them.

Even if he couldn't win!

Of course, it wasn't just Enel; Ace was the same way.

When he heard that Enel wanted to fight Avalo Pizarro, he also looked eager to try. Earlier, he had gone together with Zephyr to capture the target, but since they needed to capture him alive, he hadn't really fought seriously.

This guy's strength was indeed very powerful!

If he could personally compete with him, it would certainly be quite satisfying.

Seeing this scene, Ian simply had someone release Avalo Pizarro. Then he found a quiet spot with Zephyr and sat down.

It wasn't to find a good place to watch their battle.

What was there to watch in those fights?

It was purely to find a place to rest. Moreover, Zephyr seemed to have something he wanted to say to him.

Sure enough, just after sitting down, Zephyr again wore a sneaky expression. "According to my informant in Marine Headquarters…"

"Can we skip that running gag?"

"Habit, it's a habit!"

Zephyr laughed awkwardly and waved his hand. But immediately afterward, his tone became serious and somewhat emotional. "I never expected that kid, Kuzan, would become the next Fleet Admiral of the Marines. To be honest, that's indeed good news."

As a high-ranking member of the Umbrella Corporation, he naturally knew some of the things that had previously happened between Kuzan, Ian, and Robin.

Especially the photo on Robin's bounty poster that hadn't been changed for so many years. If that wasn't intentional, that would be strange.

Before Ian could respond, Zephyr continued speaking on his own. "I didn't expect Sengoku to choose to step down at this time!"

"Was it because of the failure of the public execution, or because he felt he was old and couldn't keep up with the times anymore?"

"Don't look at how that old guy is now. Back when he became Fleet Admiral of the Marines, he also once wanted to change the Marines."

"Ridiculous, isn't it?"

Ian simply listened quietly like this, but he had already figured it out; Zephyr just wanted to find someone to vent to.

Perhaps seeing Sengoku step down from the position of Fleet Admiral, along with his leaving Marine Headquarters and Garp already becoming a slacker long ago, made him feel emotional and begin reminiscing about the past.

So after thinking about it, Ian did not interrupt.

"It's just that the Marines aren't so easy to change. Being able to protect justice in one's heart is already very good."

Zephyr continued muttering to himself. "I also understand what that kid, Kuzan, is thinking. What happened in the past has already changed his sense of justice."

He let out a long sigh. "I just hope that after seeing even deeper darkness, he can still hold on to his original heart."

At this point, he added with a somewhat gloating tone, "I wonder what Sengoku is doing now. What a pity! That old fellow won't even answer the calls of an old comrade like me anymore. Otherwise, I'd definitely mock him properly."

Time passed just like that while Zephyr talked to himself. Ian didn't find it annoying. When Zephyr brought up some gossip from when the three of them were young, he even listened with great interest.

However, as the sun reached noon, the battle between Enel and the others also ended.

Zephyr seemed to have finished venting as well. He stopped muttering and cheerfully looked at the three people in front of him.

Especially looking at Avalo Pizarro, whose face was dark and had become much more honest, as well as the grinning Ace and the disgusted-looking Enel, the result was obvious without saying anything.

Ian didn't say anything about it. He simply stood up and calmly looked at Avalo Pizarro.

Avalo Pizarro angrily cursed, "Those two monsters!"

Then he looked at Ian and said in a muffled voice, "Go ahead and say it. What do you need me to do? Since I've made a promise, I'll keep it."

"You'll understand in a moment."

Ian was not surprised by this result. After so many years of training and fighting so many powerful figures, Enel and Ace were no longer the ignorant brats they once were.

If the two of them were released now, they would probably have a very good chance of competing for something like the title of Fifth Emperor of the Sea.
