Chapter 442 - Moving An Island

That's right. In a sense, Avalo Pizarro wasn't wrong. The current Umbrella Corporation really could rival the Rocks Pirates of the past, and it even possessed the qualification to ascend to the throne of the king of the world.

After glancing at the ground that had once again been turned into a complete mess by the three of them, Ian didn't hesitate any longer. He turned around directly, boarded his golden ship, and said, "Let's go!"

Everyone: "...?"

This scene left everyone completely confused. They didn't seem to understand what Ian intended to do.

Even Zephyr was the same. But everyone still boarded the ship out of curiosity and watched as it set sail.

Were they leaving the Ohara?

Just as everyone was wondering, the ship quickly stopped. It had stopped at a fragmented island close to Ohara, specifically the island that Ian had shattered when he killed Saturn earlier.

At that time, the island had been torn into pieces. As the ocean currents moved over time, those fragments slowly got swallowed by the sea, and the one before them was the fragment closest to Ohara.

Everyone: "...?"

Were they getting off the ship here?

But what were they doing here?

Everyone looked at the fragmented island in confusion, completely unable to understand what Ian intended to do.

Before they could ask, Ian turned his head and looked at the equally curious Avalo Pizarro beside him and said, "I heard that you can move the island with your Devil Fruit ?"

"That's right."

Avalo Pizarro didn't hide it. After nodding and saying this, he seemed to understand something as he looked at the fragment of the island in front of him. "You're planning to move this fragment island? Where do you want to move it?"

"Over to Ohara."

Everyone: "...?"

As soon as these words fell, everyone except Ace froze on the spot. It was as if they had realized something. They looked at Ian with disbelief and shock.

Even Avalo Pizarro was the same. After coming back to his senses from his stunned state, his eyes were filled with excitement, shock, and even a trace of anticipation.

"You mean…"

"That's right."

Ian nodded without hesitation, speaking in a calm tone. "I want to see whether you can make this fragment island merge with Ohara."

As these words fell, and the unbelievable guess in their hearts was confirmed, everyone could no longer hold back. They all looked at Avalo Pizarro with anticipation and longing.

Avalo Pizarro did not hesitate any longer. He immediately threw his head back and burst into loud laughter.

"Gladly! Ian, the God of Sun, no, Mr. Ian, what an unexpected idea!"

Unconsciously, his tone carried admiration and recognition.

"I can already see it. The entire sea will surely be shocked by your decision today!"

After saying that, he did not hesitate any further. Filled with excitement, he jumped off the ship and directly fused with the fragmented island.

"I, Avalo Pizarro, am honored to take part in this!"

Under the expectant and curious gazes of everyone, Avalo Pizarro jumped onto that fragment of the island.

Without hesitation, he immediately used his ability to merge with the fragment island.

At once, a protruding mountain on the fragment island seemed to transform into Avalo Pizarro's appearance, with even eyes and a nose appearing.

"Rumble!"

Immediately afterward, the entire mountain began to tremble, and a pair of huge hands formed from rock and soil suddenly emerged from the ground.

"It worked, it worked!"

Seeing this scene, Ace immediately cheered happily.

However, right after cheering, Binz, beside him, poured cold water on him without hesitation.

"This has only just started. We still don't know whether that guy can make the island move and merge with Ohara!"

Although he said that, after seeing Avalo Pizarro truly merge with that fragment island, his hands still tightly gripped the ship's railing as he stared at the island that seemed to have come alive.

Even Zephyr beside him was the same. He didn't even dare blink, staring fixedly at the scene.

He truly had not expected that Ian would come up with such a brilliant idea, using the Isle-Isle Fruit and the Stone-Stone Fruit to fuse two islands together.

As a former Marine admiral and the Chief Instructor of the Marines, he knew very clearly what it would mean for the sea if this succeeded.

Perhaps one or two islands might not seem like much.

But what if it were ten islands? A hundred? A thousand?

At that time, they would possess a massive base, and unlike other forces, they wouldn't need to disperse their troops across different islands.

If it truly succeeded, it would genuinely change the current seas!

In just the blink of an eye, Avalo Pizarro seemed to have already grown accustomed to his new body.

Then, under everyone's gaze, he grinned, and immediately the island that he had fused with began to tremble, while the bulging mountain face also twisted into a strange smile.

To be honest, he was also extremely curious about whether this plan would succeed.

Avalo Pizarro moved.

No, it should be said that the entire island moved.

In an instant, the ground surged, and the mountains shifted.

However, after the violent commotion continued for a while, the island before them still remained unmoved.

No, it did move, but not in the direction of Ohara. Rather, it drifted along with the moving ocean current.

Everyone: "…"

They all fell silent.

Was it… a failure?

On Avalo Pizarro's face, which was fused with the mountain, an awkward expression also appeared. "It seems I can only move things within the island, but I can't completely make the entire island move."

As soon as these words were spoken, regret instantly appeared on everyone's faces.

Was it still a failure?

Even Avalo Pizarro himself felt the same. With regret, he began to ponder, seemingly thinking of a way to make the island move.

For example, turning the island into a ship and simulating two oars to make it move?

But before Avalo Pizarro could try it, at this moment, Ian directly controlled the ship to sail in front of the fragment island. Then he threw out a thick chain and shouted loudly at Avalo Pizarro,

"Grab this chain!"

Avalo Pizarro: "...?"

Avalo Pizarro was stunned for a moment, but he still instinctively stretched out his rock-and-soil hands to firmly grab the chain.

Then, before he could even react to what was happening, the ship began sailing toward the direction of Ohara.

As the ship moved forward, the chain quickly tightened, and the entire island was pulled forward by the ship.

Everyone: "...!"
