"Galactic Enforcers, charge!"
The three figures shouted their name at the top of their lungs, as if worried no one would notice them, then launched straight into the fray.
Ultimo wore golden armor, white gauntlets, and a flowing cape draped over his back. His chest was slightly puffed out, his arms thick with muscle, giving him an unmistakably powerful presence. The emblem of the Galactic Enforcers was set into the front of his belt. He stood tall and resolute, radiating righteous authority. He was the leader of the trio, and their strongest fighter.
Beside him hovered an enormous head.
A transparent glass container held a green brain, its expressions clearly visible. He had no arms or legs, only eight yellow tentacles that kept him balanced.
His name was Synaptek, looking very much like a giant octopus.
The final member was a female Tetramand, Tini.
She also had four arms and four eyes, but her build was noticeably more powerful than that of the average male Tetramand. It was simply a racial trait. More often than not, female Tetramands were stronger than males of the same age.
Tini wore golden armor as well. Her long black hair fell down along both sides of her neck, giving her a bold, heroic look that rivaled any man. At her wrists and ankles were bracelet-like devices similar to "King Kong bracelets," seemingly meant for defense.
"Those annoying bugs again!" Vulkanus snarled in irritation.
Four Arms froze for a moment, then remembered.
In the original story, this trio had appeared before. They were the Galactic Enforcers, an organization dedicated to hunting down criminals across the cosmos and safeguarding peace. They stood firmly on the side of justice.
"Vulkanus, there's no escape for you now."
Ultimo clenched his fist and surged forward. Blazing electric lasers burst from his eyes, slicing through the air as they blasted straight toward Vulkanus.
Vulkanus smashed his fist into the ground, tearing up a massive slab of rock. He raised the boulder to block the lasers and staggered backward under the impact.
"Ah!"
Tini let out an angry shout, gathering her strength as she rushed in front of Vulkanus. Her punch landed like a cannon, instantly shattering the boulder.
Vulkanus's massive body was sent flying like a fragile toy, crashing through several skyscrapers before barely managing to stop.
Good grief, that kind of power…
Four Arms stood off to the side, not daring to say a word. Though, to be fair, he could have done the same.
On the other side, Stinkfly was locked in combat with SixSix.
Suddenly, Synaptek intervened, breaking the fragile balance of the fight. His brow furrowed as he focused his mind. A powerful psychic force enveloped SixSix, glowing with an eerie blue light.
Then Synaptek released a psychic wave, slamming the immobilized SixSix hard into the ground.
But SixSix wasn't about to give up so easily.
He raised his pistol and fired several laser shots straight at Synaptek's head. Synaptek immediately activated his psychic powers, blocking the incoming fire.
However, SixSix was a seasoned fighter and had more tricks up his sleeve.
Panels on his shoulders opened, extending two pale, ghastly tentacles as he tossed out five or six grenades.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The explosions erupted one after another, completely engulfing Synaptek.
Taking advantage of the chaos, flames burst from SixSix's backpack as he rocketed over to Vulkanus's side.
Vulkanus clutched his chest and struggled to his feet. Faced with so many powerful opponents, the two of them were clearly in over their heads.
"You think an attack like that could actually hurt me?" Synaptek stood calmly beneath the shimmering psychic light, completely unharmed.
Stinkfly was practically vibrating with excitement. He glanced at Synaptek, then looked toward Ultimo and the female Four Arms in the distance. "Whoa, this is insanely cool! This is exactly what a real superhero should look like!"
Ultimo swept his cape aside and stepped forward, his voice ringing out clearly. "By the public authority granted to me under the Galactic Enforcers Code, I order you to surrender. Are you willing?"
"Willing?" Stinkfly scratched his head. "What is this, a marriage proposal? Just beat them up already before they run off."
Four Arms was just about to move when a tremendous force wrapped around him from behind, locking him in place.
"Hey, you're a Tetramand too? What are you doing on Earth?" Tini asked with a grin.
"I—"
"You actually took down Vulkanus by yourself? That's incredible. How about being my partner?" Tini continued enthusiastically.
Four Arms muttered to himself, Is this 'partner' thing even serious?
"Uh, maybe… if there's a chance," Four Arms replied vaguely. Then inspiration struck. He pointed at the two enemies ahead. "Let's deal with those two weirdos first. If they get away, it'll be too late."
"Alright!" Tini agreed without hesitation.
Ultimo made the first move, with Synaptek right behind him, followed by Tini and Four Arms.
Stinkfly spat out sticky slime toward SixSix, but it was completely blasted apart by laser fire.
As everyone closed in, SixSix looked calm on the surface, but inside he was panicking hard.
The tentacles on his shoulders flailed wildly, tossing out explosives in rapid succession. Tear gas grenades, flashbangs, standard grenades, and smoke bombs filled the air.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Blinding white flashes swallowed the battlefield. Eyes burned sharply as everyone braced themselves against the explosions.
Four Arms, tough-skinned and resilient, powered straight through the assault, reaching out to grab SixSix. But thick black smoke flooded the area, completely blocking his vision.
Clicking his tongue, Four Arms gave up the chase, shut his eyes, and charged out of the tear gas zone.
The others did the same.
In no time, everyone had cleared the blast radius and regrouped on the wrecked roadway.
Whoosh!
Just as they emerged, an alien spacecraft shot straight into the sky and vanished into the distance, its destination unknown.
"We miscalculated. They got away," Ultimo said, clenching his fist.
"We can catch them next time," Synaptek said calmly.
"Yeah, Captain. It's not like they can beat us anyway," Tini added with a laugh.
Then she turned to Four Arms beside her and suddenly wrapped him in a tight hug. "Hey, handsome, interested in joining us?"
"I… can't… breathe…" Four Arms struggled, his face twisted in discomfort.
Beep!
At that moment, the Omnitrix flashed, and Four Arms reverted to Lucian's human form.
"Sorry, I'm not actually a Tetramand," Lucian said, spreading his hands helplessly.
Tini froze on the spot.
Synaptek floated closer, carefully examining the watch on Lucian's wrist. "So the legend is true. The Omnitrix really did fall into the hands of an Earthling…"
"But why are there two Omnitrixes?" Ultimo asked, clearly confused, as he looked toward Ben.
They had all seen Stinkfly revert back into Ben earlier.
"Azmuth once said there could only be one Omnitrix in the universe," Synaptek said thoughtfully, resting his chin on one tentacle. "But highly intelligent beings are often fickle. Maybe he changed his mind."
"That makes sense," Ultimo nodded in agreement.
Just then, Gwen and Grandpa arrived.
"Whoa, are they space cops?" Gwen asked, eyes shining with curiosity.
"Probably," Grandpa said with an awkward chuckle.
"Allow me to briefly introduce ourselves. I am Ultimo, and this is Synaptek… We are members of the interstellar justice organization, the Galactic Enforcers!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the trio struck an over-the-top heroic pose, making Lucian's mouth twitch slightly.
Ben, on the other hand, was thrilled beyond words. This was exactly the kind of hero he dreamed of becoming.
"Uh, Ultimo—"
"This isn't the place to talk. Let's go somewhere else," Ultimo interrupted.
He pressed a button on his belt.
In the next instant, several beams of blue light enveloped them all.
In the blink of an eye, they found themselves far out in outer space, aboard the Galactic Enforcers' spaceship...
