Chapter 220 - Chapter 220: Chocolate

Outer space.

A massive silver warship hovered above Earth.

Inside the main control room, a streak of deep-blue light flashed, and everyone was teleported in.

"Whew… instant teleport points always give me the creeps…" Grandpa Max rubbed his chest.

"Always?" Gwen shot him a weird look.

Lucian scanned the room.

The interior was packed with sleek, futuristic tech, everything gleaming with a silver metallic sheen. High-end control consoles, impressive-looking alien weapons, and ultra-smooth screen displays played across multiple monitors.

Ben clenched his fists, practically bouncing. "This is beyond cool! It's like a superhero paradise!"

"This is the Galactic Enforcers' warship," Ultimo said. "Please follow protocol and don't wander around, or you may trigger the ship's defenses."

"Okay, but why did we come here?" Gwen frowned. "Shouldn't we be hunting down those two weirdos on Earth? If they keep causing trouble, someone could get hurt."

"Yeah. We need to catch them as soon as possible," Grandpa Max agreed.

"Relax," Ben said confidently. "With superheroes here, what's there to worry about?"

Ultimo raised a hand, his expression turning serious. "Allow me to carry out the Galactic Enforcers' surveillance procedures. Tini, launch Telemetry Units One through Four."

"Got it." Tini strode to the console, her powerful frame moving with ease, and began operating the controls at top speed.

A moment later, the silver warship's hatch opened.

Four telemetry units shot out and sped toward Earth to track down SixSix.

On the screen projection, the four units streaked across space toward the planet so fast it left everyone staring.

Good grief. They really didn't mess around.

And honestly, that was for the best. It meant they wouldn't have to scour Earth themselves for SixSix and Vulkanus.

"Before the telemetry units confirm the targets, allow me to give a brief overview of this mission," Ultimo said, then looked to Synaptek beside him.

Synaptek took the cue.

A beam of blue light projected from that enormous green brain, forming two three-dimensional holograms in midair.

SixSix and Vulkanus quickly appeared before everyone.

"This smaller robot is SixSix," Ultimo said. "He's proficient with all kinds of firearms and munitions. He's extremely dangerous." He paused, then continued, "Not long ago, he escaped from an interstellar prison and joined forces with Vulkanus, forming a criminal duo."

Everyone's eyes shifted to Vulkanus's hologram.

"Vulkanus. A Detrovite alien," Synaptek transmitted coolly. "All brawn, no brains."

Ultimo nodded. "They were hired to steal the X Element."

"What's the X Element?" Ben asked.

"The X Element is a rare substance in the universe," Ultimo explained patiently. "When combined with Bisynthium Alloy, it creates an incredibly powerful explosive compound."

"How powerful are we talking?" Lucian asked, his gaze sharpening slightly.

"Strong enough to destroy any galaxy in the universe," Tini said with a smile.

Ultimo's face stayed grim. "And they've already obtained the X Element. If they get their hands on Bisynthium Alloy too, the consequences would be unimaginable."

"Bisynthium Alloy?" Gwen drooped. "Does Earth even have something like that?"

"It's extremely rare across the universe," Synaptek said in a low, eerie tone. "But there are rumors that Earth has it. Supposedly, it goes by another name here… pure iron."

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Suddenly, red warning lights began flashing on the control panel.

"The telemetry units have found something." Ultimo's eyes lit up.

The screen quickly switched to the telemetry feed.

An iron mine came into view. Vulkanus was using brute force to dig through iron-rich earth, tearing chunks out with raw strength. He packed the material into crates, apparently preparing to move it elsewhere for refinement. SixSix was assisting nearby, lifting the crates and hauling them onto the spacecraft.

"Target confirmed. Prepare to engage!" Ultimo radiated an unmistakable air of righteousness.

He turned to Lucian and Ben.

"On behalf of the Galactic Enforcers, I formally invite both of you to join us as members. Help us combat crime and bring peace to the universe." Ultimo's gaze was sincere.

"It would be an honor!" Ben shouted excitedly, his heart pounding.

At last, he was going to become the kind of hero everyone admired.

"And you, Lucian?" Ultimo asked with a smile.

Tini watched Lucian with clear interest, hoping he would agree.

"I'm in," Lucian nodded. "But I don't want to be restrained. I'm not following a bunch of rigid rules. That's not my style."

"Well…" Ultimo hesitated briefly. "That won't be a problem. I'll report it to the higher-ups. Given my contributions to the organization, I'm confident they'll approve."

"That's great! I've got a new partner!" Tini laughed happily.

As the saying goes, men and women work better together.

Apparently, aliens are no different.

Synaptek frowned, clearly displeased.

"Then please put on your uniforms," Ultimo said with a smile.

"Where's the changing room?" Lucian asked.

"Come on, I'll show you," Tini said.

With that, she grabbed Lucian and Ben, one on each side, and headed toward the back of the control room.

A few minutes later,

Ben was the first to emerge.

His combat uniform closely resembled Ultimo's. The upper half was gold, paired with white gloves. His pants were pure white, and the emblem of the Galactic Enforcers was engraved at the center of his belt. A white cape billowed behind him, giving him an imposing presence.

"Call me Super Ben!" Ben declared, hands on his hips, eyes shining.

"Hmph. Never thought that idiot could actually look cool," Gwen scoffed.

"Not bad. He's got some of Grandpa's old flair," Grandpa Max said approvingly. "Oh? Lucian's out too."

Hearing that, Gwen quickly turned toward the doorway.

The next instant, she froze.

What a handsome boy.

Lucian wore a sleek silver uniform, sharp and elegant at the same time. His deep black eyes gleamed like stars, and a quiet heroic aura showed between his brows.

"So handsome!" Gwen blurted out, unable to look away.

"Agreed!" Tini said immediately.

"Just average," Synaptek said sourly.

Ultimo looked at the two new members and nodded with satisfaction. "It seems you're both ready. We'll depart for Earth immediately."

"Alright!"

"We're coming too!" Gwen said quickly.

"According to Galactic Enforcers Rule 47248, individuals without superpowers are not permitted to participate in pursuit operations," Ultimo said sternly. "You and your grandfather must remain here and await instructions."

"But—"

"This ship is very safe. Please cooperate," Ultimo added, softening his tone.

"But I have magic—"

Before Gwen could finish, Synaptek released a pulse of light.

A transparent psychic barrier formed, trapping Gwen and Grandpa Max inside. No matter how they struggled, they couldn't escape.

"My apologies. For your safety, this was the only option," Ultimo said regretfully. Then he turned to the others. "Galactic Enforcers, charge!"

"Oh yeah! Time to smash those losers again!" Ben laughed loudly, chewing on a piece of chocolate.

"What's that?" Ultimo asked curiously.

"Here." Ben tossed him another piece.

"Wait…" Lucian's expression shifted, as if he'd just realized something.

"A local specialty. I wouldn't want to refuse your kindness," Ultimo said, popping the chocolate into his mouth. "Hmm… not bad."

He then pressed the button on his belt.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Ultimo, Synaptek, Tini, Lucian, and Ben all transformed into streaks of light, shooting straight toward Earth...
