Arthur swallowed his curse as his car went over a line of speedbumps. He quickly turned toward the passenger--passengers--beside him with concern.
"I'm sorry!" he whispered carefully, glancing at the sleeping princess in the arms of the fairy king.
It was already hard enough to convince Eugene to get in his car, so Arthur didn't want to botch it up. He was quite lucky that the fairy princess was falling asleep not long after their lunch. With a full stomach and warm breeze, after exhausting herself playing with a random puppy, Hannah couldn't fight the drowsiness and ended up sleeping on the arranged cushion. After a bit of convincing, and negotiated that the car would only take them to Sophie's house, Eugene finally agreed.
