"You also know about this, don't you?" Eugene asked Sophie the next day, when they met for an early brunch after dropping their kids at the school.
"We have an agreement," Sophie said, pursing her lips defensively.
"I'm not blaming you or anything, relax." Eugene rolled his eyes.
Sophie immediately grinned and snuggled up to Eugene's arm. "Did you look it up?"
"There's no way we didn't, after hearing that," Eugene said. "Ashley was busy looking for a countermeasure and investigating the one behind the leak, so we couldn't disturb her with questions."
Besides, they couldn't help but be curious about how the public perceived the leak. Eugene didn't really follow the marketing side of the movie, so it was also his first time seeing the posters, the banners, and the promotional materials. Naturally, it was sold as a springtime romance with a side of empowerment, and the public screening invitation was mostly given to people involved with the omega movement.
