"Alright let's try this once more." Elise declared during their ten minute break. "Afterwards we'll work on stamina."
"Understood." Freya nodded her head.
She tossed her water bottle next to her gym bag before moving back to the center of the room. Freya sat down, criss-crossing her legs and began inhaling and exhaling deeply to relax herself.
After a few minutes, she closed her eyes and began searching for that spark. Over the last few practices, what started as a small spark had grown into a ball the size of a tennis ball.
Elise believed she was making good progress, but Freya was a little impatient. She wanted to move onto freely controlling her ability, allowing her to switch it on and off at will.
But she had to take it slow. Otherwise, she could seriously injure herself, if not kill herself. Her ability was a double edged sword, allowing her to calm others, but at the cost of it draining her energy.
Hence the stamina training to grow that pool of energy.
