Whis's figure appeared silently behind him.
Whis chuckled softly.
"Obsession itself isn't good or bad. It can be both your shackles and your driving force. The key lies in whether you are controlled by it… or whether you control it."
"Control it…?" Vegeta muttered, stunned.
"Exactly."
Whis lightly tapped his staff, and an image unfolded before Vegeta.
In the scene—
Loren was battling Beerus.
"Look at Loren," Whis said calmly.
"Doesn't he also have obsessions? But he isn't bound by them. He transformed those obsessions into the power to protect."
Vegeta stared at the scene in silence.
After a long time, he finally spoke.
"…I understand."
He closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Vegeta no longer thought about Goku.
No longer thought about Loren.
No longer thought about Saiyan pride.
There was only one thought left in his heart.
Control myself. Calm down. Integrate my ki into my body.
A strange sensation surged from the depths of his being.
Vegeta felt himself merge with the air.
Merge with the entire God of Destruction Realm.
A warm, pure, yet overwhelmingly powerful divine aura slowly flowed from his body.
"Oh?" Whis's eyes widened slightly.
"Finally… did he succeed?"
Vegeta opened his eyes and looked at the aura surrounding him.
"…This is God Ki?"
He had done it.
By his own power, he had stepped into the threshold of the God Realm.
"Congratulations, Mr. Vegeta."
Whis walked up beside him.
"You've successfully touched the edge of the God Realm. And much faster than I expected."
"So this is the God Realm…" Vegeta clenched his fist, feeling the dense, refined power coursing through him.
His eyes burned with excitement.
"It's completely different from before."
"Hehe, this is only the beginning." Whis smiled.
"You've merely learned how to sense and control God Ki. Next, you must learn how to make it work for you."
"How?" Vegeta asked impatiently.
"Very simple." Whis pointed at him.
"Transform into a Super Saiyan in this state."
"…Transform?" Vegeta froze.
Instinctively, he tried to draw power through anger.
Nothing happened.
The moment rage stirred, the calm God Ki automatically suppressed it.
The transformation failed instantly.
"How is that possible?" Vegeta frowned.
"I already told you," Whis said calmly.
"The power of the God Realm is rooted in calmness. You can no longer rely on crude emotional outbursts.
What you need now is not explosion— But control."
"Control…"
"Exactly." Whis nodded.
"Perfectly merge your God Ki with your Saiyan power. Let them complement each other instead of clashing. This requires absolute control."
Vegeta nodded slowly.
He closed his eyes again.
Inside him—
One power was wild, fierce Saiyan battle energy.
The other was calm, vast God Ki.
Two completely opposing forces.
Vegeta began guiding them together.
The moment they touched—
A violent backlash erupted.
Agony tore through his body.
"Gah—ahhhh!!!"
Vegeta screamed, his body shaking violently.
"Don't rush," Whis reminded him calmly.
"Imagine your body as a container. Don't pour both powers in and let them clash. Guide them with your will. Let them blend according to your intent."
Vegeta gritted his teeth.
Endured the pain.
And tried again.
This time, he didn't force them together.
Instead, he slowly wrapped the Saiyan power with God Ki.
Bit by bit.
The process was brutally exhausting.
Sweat poured down his face.
His complexion grew pale.
Time passed.
Minutes… hours…
Just as Vegeta felt his consciousness reaching its limit—
Buzz—!
A brand-new, terrifying aura erupted from his body!
His black hair shot upward—
Then turned brilliant sky blue.
A vast blue aura engulfed him completely.
Super Saiyan Blue!
"He succeeded."
A trace of genuine admiration flashed in Whis's eyes.
Vegeta stared at his hands.
The power surging through him was unlike anything he had ever known.
"This… this power…"
He was stunned.
"How does it feel?" Whis asked with a smile.
"…Incredible." Vegeta's voice trembled.
"Stronger than I've ever been."
Whis tapped his staff lightly.
A flash of light appeared.
A blue energy figure—identical to Vegeta and possessing his full power—manifested in midair.
"This is a divine simulation," Whis explained.
"It has all of your current strength. Fight it. Get used to your new power."
"Hmph. Perfect." Vegeta vanished instantly.
The next moment, he appeared before the energy body.
A devastating punch slammed forward!
Boom—!!!
Fists collided.
A massive shockwave tore through the realm.
The entire God of Destruction Realm trembled.
Deep inside the castle—
Beerus turned over in his sleep.
"So noisy…"
And promptly fell back asleep.
The battle intensified.
Blue afterimages clashed repeatedly in the sky.
Each exchange shook space itself.
The more Vegeta fought, the more exhilarated he became.
Super Saiyan Blue was not only overwhelmingly powerful—
Its stamina consumption was astonishingly low.
The power felt endless.
"Ha!" Vegeta seized an opening and kicked the energy body away.
He clasped his hands in front of his chest.
"Final Flash!!!"
A massive sky-blue beam erupted—
Engulfing the energy body completely!
BOOOOM—!!!
When the light faded—
Nothing remained.
He had won.
Vegeta clenched his fist, eyes blazing.
"Goku… Loren… Just wait. Next time we meet— I'll make sure you're shocked."
Vegeta finally had that confidence.
