Houndour trembled, her growl mixed with anger, confusion, and unwilling anticipation.
"Alright," Ace said calmly. "Game over."
A heavy pressure descended.

Without excessive force, he completely suppressed Houndour's resistance, overwhelming her will and spirit.

He paused, then added calmly, "If you earn it—you can also call me your partner."
Houndour trembled. She lowered her head slowly, offering submission.
Ace nodded.
Soon, he released his other Pokémon.
The Fire Dragon Maiden, still radiating heat.
The Horse girl.
Jynx.
And Milotic.
"From now on, they're your sisters," Ace said lightly.
"Welcome to the team."
The Pokémon gathered around Houndour, pulling her into their group.
Ace turned away, heading back toward the campsite.
Sabrina was already awake.
"Husband, I sensed intense battle fluctuations earlier. Who was it?"
The Psychic Queen reclined lazily, her perfect figure unconcealed.
"Pryce from Johto," Ace replied. "Stronger than Giovanni. Even Oak."
Sabrina's eyes narrowed. "And you're fine?"
Her gaze fell on Celebi, sleeping soundly on Ace's shoulder.
"That's the Forest God."
"Yeah," Ace sighed. "I don't quite get it either."
Sabrina adjusted her stockings and stood, "This place is too close to Team Rocket territory. I'll check if Giovanni noticed."
She vanished in a flash, her voice lingering behind.
"Next stop—Cinnabar Island. Miss me."
Ace chuckled.
After a short rest, once Blue and Little Yellow woke, Ace led them back to camp where Misty and the others waited.
It was nearly midnight.
Misty rushed over, "Ace, are you okay?"
Ren Ti nodded, "There was a huge disturbance earlier."
"It's fine," Ace waved it off. "Get some rest. I'll keep watch tonight."
The group gradually settled in.
Soon, the camp grew quiet.
Only Ace remained awake standing guard beneath the stars.
