Chapter 28 - Chapter 18:Second Ending

**Pangu Had Just Taken Office as the Director of Debt—**

The spy returned to the Creditor's side.

He knew—Wanquan's summons had arrived.

The judge wasn't one of the Creditor's people yet, but soon would be.

On the Supreme True God's report form, a slot had been reserved for "Judge."

The game had been steady from start to finish.

---

### The Divine Court

Wanquan stood in the defendant's box.

Judge: "The charge is fraud. Do you have anything to say?"

Wanquan: "The one I deceived was a spy."

Judge: "Deception is deception. Article 137 of the Code—regardless of the target, regardless of the motive."

Wanquan took a deep breath: "I deceived him to protect the world."

The judge was silent for three seconds.

"This is the Creditor doing what's best for you."

Silence fell over the courtroom.

"The Creditor's takeover isn't about destruction—it's about freeing the world from suffering. Orphanages, Hegemony's Everything Shop—none of those exist under him. He can provide absolute order, absolute stability."

He looked at Wanquan: "The world you protect is one that will always know pain. Who is the good guy? Who is the bad guy?"

Wanquan said nothing.

---

### The Verdict

The judge struck his gavel: "Fraud conviction confirmed. Sentenced to one thousand years of imprisonment, to be carried out immediately."

Wanquan walked into the cell and sat down.

---

### Three Days Later

The cell door opened.

The Supreme True God stood at the entrance.

"Pangu said his son was locked up. Get up."

Wanquan looked up.

The Supreme True God glanced toward the courtroom: "That judge will be one of ours soon. The case has been dismissed."

Wanquan walked out of the cell.

Pangu stood outside.

Father and son looked at each other.

No one spoke.

Wanquan walked over and stood beside his father.

The Supreme True God: "I told you I'd have your back."

Pangu nodded: "I know."

---

### The Judge's Fate

The judge was led away, passing by the cell Wanquan had occupied.

It was empty.

He stood at the door, muttering to himself: "I was just following the law... Besides, the Creditor really is doing this for your own good..."

The guard urged him: "Get in."

In the distance, the Supreme True God and Pangu drank tea.

He glanced at the report form.

The "Judge" slot was lightly crossed out.

Done.

---

### Elsewhere

The spy stood before the Creditor.

"Go. Just as planned."

The spy nodded and disappeared into the darkness.

He was safe and sound.

He didn't know—Wanquan was out.

He didn't know—the judge was in.

He didn't know—the Supreme True God had set their sights on the Creditor.

The chess game begins anew.

---

The spy is safe.

The judge is imprisoned.

The Creditor is imprisoned.

Wanquan is unharmed.

The Supreme True God has one more achievement to their name.

No one is innocent except the judge—but he's imprisoned along with the Creditor.
