Roxanna ended up staying in the settlement with Cyrus. Even though she was still worried about Luan, she knew she couldn't force herself to face Luno right now.
It took her a while to calm down, but in the end, she finally managed to fall asleep while Cyrus gently patted her back.
She thought that, at the very least, she would be able to sleep peacefully that night, but she was wrong.
The moment she fell asleep, she was pulled into the one dream she had always wanted to avoid, a nightmare that had been buried deep inside her for so long, only to slowly crawl back to the surface.
"It's so unfair to see you doing so well in this place." A familiar voice echoed around her.
Roxanna's eyes snapped open and the next thing she knew, she was back inside the underground bunker.
She gasped and quickly looked around, her heart pounding in her chest. Then her eyes landed on the metal wall beside her.
