Arceus nodded.
"There are three merchant guilds supplying iron to different counties. They've each submitted separate transportation schedules. Individually, each schedule works. But together… they overload the same roads during the same week."
Armada remained quiet.
"The officials kept arguing. One wanted to prioritize the northern route. Another insisted on the eastern route. A third suggested delaying one shipment entirely." He laughed bitterly. "They argued for almost two hours. And I postponed the decision."
Armada nodded thoughtfully.
"My husband once postponed a similar matter."
Arceus couldn't help smiling.
"Another story from your husband? Don't you get tired already?"
She smiled back.
"Anyway, my husband once received deliveries of timber for three different estates. He asked each steward when they intended to transport the wood. They all answered, 'As soon as possible.'"
Arceus chuckled.
"That sounds familiar."
