Minato's New Life
After everyone left, Drake walked toward the small stream in the back mountain.

Minato was soaking in the water.
"Sensei," Drake sighed.
"Aren't you going back to the village?"
Minato answered immediately.
"No."
"In this form, no one would recognize me anyway. Staying here is fine."
Drake offered:
"I can bring you food."
Minato shook his head.
"No need."
"I find insects and fish here quite delicious."

Apparently Sage transformation had changed not only Minato's body—

Fugaku waved dismissively.

Both arms fell to the ground.
Blood sprayed everywhere.
Even splattering onto Danzō's face.
Then Fugaku kicked Orochimaru into the cell.
Orochimaru lay on the ground, eyes filled with hatred.
"Help me up," he muttered to Hiruzen.
"I can't move," Hiruzen replied helplessly.
"I can barely talk."
Danzō's Turn
Outside the cell—
Danzō realized something terrible.
Fugaku took the knife from a subordinate.
He slowly gestured with it.
"Fugaku…"
"You killed my Root forces and attacked me."
"Our grudge should be settled, right?"
Fugaku shook his head.
"No."
He looked down toward Danzō's pants.
The blade slowly moved closer.
"There's one more matter…"
"That hasn't been settled yet."
Danzō's face turned green.
