Aria answered each one with the same approach. Acknowledge valid concerns. Provide evidence based responses. Admit limitations honestly. Redirect political attacks back to patient welfare focus.

One exchange proved particularly significant. A territorial leader known for resisting continental initiatives stood. "You speak eloquently about patient welfare," he said, tone skeptical. "But continental coordination concentrates power in the hands of a few practitioners. How does that serve patients better than distributed territorial authority?"
