"Do you know there's a program I'm involved in at the freshman welcome party? Caleb Sterling, are you really not coming?"
Sierra Summers brought up the topic again, thinking about the role she was playing.
Caleb Sterling asked, "When is it?"
Sierra immediately gave him the time, but there was silence on the other end. She realized Caleb Sterling couldn't make time, and that was okay. She thought about it and decided she could make it up, "So, would you like to come and watch me during rehearsals?"
"Just tomorrow."
Sierra Summers raised her voice a bit and spoke faster.
"Okay."
Caleb Sterling didn't hesitate.
In truth, he was busy every day, with his time arranged in advance, and he had to finish his workload ahead of schedule.
But he also wanted to see her.
It was right for him to go and see her in person.
Caleb Sterling agreed.
