The next matches weren't that boring nor interesting later on after Rei got back with his friends, grabbing a couple of snacks that Haruki offered as he dug himself in. Calories to help him stay energised while he could just burn the fats he gained later in the match when it's his turn.
Some people were just intriguing to Reiji especially when those same people had a lot of potential with improving their prowess to a whole new level or a slight change.
One of the matches that he had observed was kinetic energy through subtle movements that boost the users speed and power. Rei had a pretty decent mind of how to use it efficiently, writing it down in his head since the users themselves were clearly holding themselves back by not being creative with their own prowess. Could use the power to release a wind pressure for long ranges of close combat quarters were not an option.
Another one was just useless with their prowess except for their creativity on how to use it against their opponents when given the right situation and timing to get a hand for their victory which impressed him a lot.
"Looks like it's my turn…" Sylvie said nonchalantly upon seeing her name on the board against someone who's called 'Keira Romanoff'.
The group cheered on for her while Rei gave her more than a motivation by whispering something in her ear which made the magenta haired girl blush and excited while the trio were just confused whether it's a teasing or flirting although they already know the answer to that rhetorical question to them.
"You think friends do that to each other?" Haruki whispered to Erika who responded immediately while hitting him at the sides by her elbow, "Of course not. They probably just have that kind of situationship or like friends with benefits? I don't know to be honest but to answer your question. Hell no."
Hinata agreed to Erika's answer before adding her own, "If friends do that to each other whether they are both males or females, maybe opposite to each other, then why haven't you and Erika done the same?"
Haruki blushed as he had no argument to her statement although he got hit in the head by Erika who was telling him not to think about it.

Sylvie had so much motivation to win her match without dragging it long. She just wanted to try to end the match quickly but Rei's tempting offer was too much for her to resist.
"Diamond Rank… Free praises and head pats…" She thought to herself as Sylvie was stretching to prepare herself while heading to the arena. Rei's instructions go over her head.
"Don't finish it quickly if possible. Try gauging your enemies pros and cons without relying too much on your prowess. Test your limits before putting everything in one go. If you can do that, then I'll carry you to diamond in league of legends. I'll also give you head pats and praises whenever you get a kill or you want."
Sylvie immediately started her move when Eto had announced them to begin. She didn't care about the cheers and shouts of the crowd as her burning spirit was looking forward to Rei's reward for her.
Her opponent didn't seem to have that much strength but Sylvie was leaning to her passive ability, fast reflexes and time seemingly to move slow to her for a bit due to the nature of her prowess.
Each punch, kicks and any desperate form of attacks had no proper form to which she used as an advantage to land at least a hit or two to gauge her own strength and her opponent's durability.
First hit. The girl in front of Sylvie seemed to be dazed after her quick jab, clearly telling her that her opponent was trying to process what just happened.
Second hit. Sylvie blocked her attack as she used the momentum to pull the opponent close to her before using her knee to hit them right in the guts.
Two precise and powerful attacks in one go. Sylvie already knew that she was going to win but she had to try her best to reach Rei's expectations.
Keira suddenly activated her prowess as Sylvie started to feel something off since she was barely avoiding the latter's attack despite their lack of form.
"She's catching up to me with that terrible form after activating her prowess." Sylvie thought to herself before using her own to test her theory as she froze time to land a solid hit onto their guts although the latter was somehow lucky to block it before being sent back that barely knocked them out of the boundaries after she unfreeze time around them.
"She blocked that?" She blocked and tried to engage to put pressure but was surprised that the supposedly mid-tier was catching up to her. "Her form is bad but she's able to keep up…"
Sylvie breathed heavily as she wondered what move or thing she had to make to win then suddenly she got an idea in her head. "Wait. If she's predicting what I would do… Then I should change after making that!" Sylvie smirked as she went in for her plan.
Keira saw a vision. Sylvie headed in with all the strength once cocking her arm all the way back. "I just have to block it!" She thought to herself as she put her arms together to cover herself although Sylvie immediately vanished, a trace of spiritual energy in the air as she realised too late before being sent forward out of boundaries.
Sylvie sighed as Eto announced her as the winner while everyone in the crowd started cheering towards her victory. "Finally. Now I can have my rewards!" She thought to herself shamelessly, silently looking forward to Rei's rewards for her performance.

The group continued to watch the rest of the matches with one winning their match by default almost five minutes in due to the opponent knocking themselves out with their prowess and being too cocky.
It was quite a boredom especially with Erika's match since the opponent didn't give that much effort and was just happy to be able to advance for this long due to the blonde's dissatisfaction towards the victory she earned without working hard for it.
Hinata went on to the arena since it was her turn. Her opponent was a hard counter to her since the latter had a great prowess that granted the ability to amplify, augment and manipulate their muscle layers inside or outside which gives them immense strength and durability although the latter had preferred to augment the insides one while sacrificing their speed for the power they need to hold for such heavier weights.
The pink haired girl decided to try gauging their pros and cons. Her mind processes information fast since Rei had given her the advice to always look for flaws in every way possible in a fight even if it's a minor thing that people tend to ignore.
"This guy. He's slow as hell." She thought to herself before boosting herself away from the devastating blow of her opponent that shattered the ground from where she stood.
"If his muscles are contracting in such precision to withstand things like that. Should I cut it off like a tendon attached to something important? After all, muscles contract to a specific angle or function to perform things successfully…" Hinata immediately tried to use one of her newly developed and refined techniques under Rei's guidance and her own training before the sports event.
Her spiritual energy flowed through her as she channeled every ounce of it to form what seemed to be a wind blade as she drew a motion of slicing something.
A blade made out of wind cutting a part of her opponent's contracted arms. "FXCK!!!" They screamed as they held their injured part while the muscle layers went haywire to either reform or cover it tightly.
Hinata didn't waste any time as she shot out a wind bullet to push the opponent out of the boundaries, securing her victory.
"Yes!" She chanted with joy, her first time advancing further from any one on one matches in the sports event through her academic years.
The crowds grew loud as they cheered on such performances over the fifth year's matches.
