Eunji was busy trying to keep the entity before her away from the group as the difference between their power was immense with the strawberry blonde sorceress trying everything in her arsenal to push it away. "Soul Art: Cleanse!" She chanted loudly before swinging her katana diagonally which manifested an energy made up from her spiritual energy converted into the form of a slash.
The entity didn't budge but had a small cut as it started to heal slowly. "Now!" The strawberry blonde shouted as Rinka immediately dashed in, wielding a long spear made from blood before cutting their entire arm completely.
The two sorceresses immediately retreated before helping Sylvie up, escaping for a brief moment to try and make a better plan with handling the situation while keeping the magenta haired girl safe due to her unfortunate status.
"Senior! It's catching up already!" Sylvie screamed as both Rinka and Eunji looked back to see the entity already running towards them despite the slowly healing limb from the cut.
Eunji gritted her teeth before forming a one handed handseal that was holding the katana, her index and middle finger up while holding the weapon tightly as she chanted her spiritual energy before imbuing it into the katana.
"Soul Release: Crystal Bullet Barrage." She chanted internally before swinging her katana as it immediately formed a barrage of bullets with every swing that she made.
"Blood Release: Spear Barrage!" Rinka shouted her technique as she immediately manifested blood out of thin air before every single drop immediately formed into spears that were sent out to the entity.
Each crystal bullets lodge into the entity yet it wasn't effective while Rinka's blood spear barely made an attempt to halt its movement especially when each sharp spear that managed to go through its limb or body while also pinning them to the ground, it still managed to break free before letting out a screech to resume its chase after them.
Sylvie noticed something odd as everytime that she tried to hide or get away, the entity seemed to follow her around while also ignoring nor brushing the two seniors aside. She didn't understand why but had to inform the two regardless since they were in a difficult situation.
"Senior Eunji!" Sylvie called out to her as Eunji responded immediately, "What?!"
The magenta haired girl started to explain her theory that the entity might be focused on her as she suggested to make a plan by using herself as bait which made the two seniors be surprised by her bold suggestion.
"Fine. Just try to avoid any injuries. We trust you. We'll handle the rest." Eunji said after Sylvie kept on persisting her throughout the entire goose chase.
At one corner, Sylvie stood still as the entity ran towards her while baring their sharp fangs over the magenta haired girl. She faced it directly before running towards it as she ducked underneath its large body at the last moment.
The momentum was too much for the entity to halt its movement as the view before him was the two seniors who had channeled every inch of their spiritual energy into their attacks went to strike it down for good.
"Soul Art: Temporal Abyss Cleave!"
"Blood Art: Execution!"
Eunji cut the entity down into multiple pieces as she finally managed to land her attack directly from the whole fight since she was busy both defending Sylvie and attacking the entity. Her technique was perfectly executed as every part struggled to piece itself together due to her technique being closely directed into the soul.
Rinka finished it off with spreading the blood all over the pieces either coating them or wrapping them all together before everything was encased when it immediately hardened into a crystal while exploding instantly.
They were luckily unharmed from the explosion prior to the direction of the blast scattering only at the entity's position. What's left from where it stood was ashes as the faint spiritual energy that it possessed had died down immediately.
"Finally. We should rendezvous with the rest if possible unless we're able to secure the relic. Let's go." Eunji said as they started walking and navigating through the endless path of corridors upon them since they were brought into this by some unknown force.

Jinwoo had just finished decapitating an entity, using his serrated curved daggers as he kicked the body forward. The head rolled over to the next of the pile of corpse that had been done the same.
"Everyone alright?" He asked before looking over to Jinah who's breathing heavily, completely out of breath as her spiritual energy reserves were low due to constantly summoning shadow summons to assist her in battle as the wolves vanished.
Ha-Eun and Keitaro looked to be fine due to their coordination of how the latter burned those who got to close or the girl using her prowess to create a temporary shockwave to paralyse the hoard before being burned down by him.
"Yeah. Just caught off guard…" Jinah responded while Keitaro nodded his head along with Ha-Eun.
They were all exhausted except for Jinwoo before the ground rumble before a giant figure arrived. Grotesque look with a singular eye and limbs either resembling a claw or spikes before smoke started to steam from it, from the back what seemed to be flesh was dissolving as a green haired woman appeared.
"All of them are gone. I guess that's the rest of them." Eto said before removing herself from her own shell and armor, landing on the floor gracefully as the thing she wore had dissolved by itself completely.
"Alright. Let's go and get back to the others. We don't know if they are having difficulties or the relic is already slipping away. Let's move." Jinwoo said before they all agreed as they ran together, trying their best to navigate the area with such difficulty due to the weird structure of the place that continued to change into a classroom, rooftop or courtyard then a garden.

Rei looked to be observing as he continued to send out a barrage of shadow tendrils to Aaron, each of them were either trying to grab him or trying to incapacitate him by hitting their pressure points with the sharp edges of the tendrils that was strikely similar to a centipedes leg.
"Looks like he's gotten a bit stronger by having your relic." The black haired male commented through his mental link with Keith.
Noticing the barrier user who could only use a dome defense barrier made out of spiritual energy with a passive ability of hardened skin was now able to do more things by manifesting the same barrier but in the form of a circular shield or crystal shards that can be thrown.
"Other than that. It's completely useless against me." Rei uttered loudly as he used his sickles to grab onto the pull upon jumping away, upon latching he immediately sent himself back to the fight by pushing himself by using feet to boost his momentum as he prepared to strike Aaron down.
'Shadow Style: Harvest.'
Rei uttered to himself as wave of his red spiritual energy flowed into his sickles, the technique already executed as he struck Aaron with his sickle on the left by cutting through his torso from top left to the bottom right as he used the momentum to do cut him from the bottom left to the top right of Aaron's body.
The male knew that if he killed Aaron, the authorities of both Ethereal and Hong Kong would either suspend him or put his execution on immediate action despite the risk of the ancient being finding another suitable vessel almost immediately.
Rei was trying to observe his current situation as he had also taken note that he couldn't copy Aaron's prowess for some reason despite them being in the same level at the moment. He could sense that it was the same reserves, output and execution like his yet the difference between them was like day and night with Rei being efficient while Aaron was a mess.
"Is he able to do that due to the constant flow of Keith's spiritual energy?" Rei thought to himself as he saw Aaron looking more insane as the golden yellow aura started to glow even brighter as the latter's left eye had turned similar to Keith except for the fox like slits that the being had.
The black haired male knew that things were going out of hand as he immediately tapped into the ancient being's power, allowing the temporary boost as he could the authority of divinity and madness within the spiritual energy from Keith.
"Looks like taking you down without killing you would be difficult." Rei smirked while Aaron was grumbling incoherent noises similar to the entity that he had faced before, "Shadow Style: Cleave."
He mimicked one of Eunji's 'Soul Art' technique despite the skill difference yet was able to execute it in his own variation since Rei still needed a full understanding of her prowess. The execution of the technique was flawless since the moment he had cut Aaron, the latter screamed in agony as the wounds were deep yet regenerated slowly than before.
"Let's end this in one move." Rei uttered to himself before properly preparing himself to finish Aaron off without killing the latter while securing the relic that he was wearing, a ring on his left hand with strange rune symbols.
