Athena heard Odin's words and nodded.
"You're right, brother… but with all these talents, only a few of them can truly be said to become like us in the future… or perhaps only slightly weaker than us."
When Odin heard that, he said with interest:
"Oh? And who are they, sister?"
Before Athena could continue—
Poseidon rudely interrupted and said:
"They are… Hades' eldest daughter, Athena's eldest daughter, and my eldest son."
He paused for a moment, then added with slight annoyance:
"And all of your children as well, Odin."
As soon as Poseidon said that—
Athena shouted in irritation:
"What?!"
Then she said angrily:
"Are you describing your son as talented like our children? I think you've gone mad, Poseidon!"
Poseidon laughed and replied rudely:
"No, I'm right."
Then he said mockingly:
"And what about you? Do you really think those children will become as powerful as us? Have you gone mad? That's impossible."
Then he continued confidently:
"I think they'll become strong… yes. But there will be a clear difference in power, Athena."
He added:
"Remember that our power ceiling is far higher than theirs."
When he said that—
Hades nodded calmly and said:
"Poseidon is right."
Then he continued:
"Although the children possess impressive powers… and they might even become terrifying… let's not forget that our power ceiling is extremely high."
He added seriously:
"And I don't think they'll ever reach us through normal means."
After those words—
Odin spoke in a decisive tone:
"Alright… alright."
Then he continued:
"There's no need to talk about power ceilings or who is stronger."
He added seriously:
"What matters now is that the children have awakened… and they now possess terrifying powers."
Then he said:
"And what matters in the coming period is training them well… and teaching them how to become rulers."
After that he raised his hand slightly and said:
"Who among you is ready for that?"
The moment he said that—
silence filled the place.
His siblings looked at his raised hand moving between them.
Then Hades said slowly:
"That's difficult, Odin."
Then he explained:
"Everyone has their own experiences… and we fear that we might ruin their growth if we impose our experiences on them."
When he said that—
Poseidon and Athena nodded in agreement.
Odin looked at his siblings with annoyance.
Then he lowered his hand and stood up from his chair.
He said coldly:
"Then… watch over their personal safety without them realizing it."
Then he added:
"And try to show them the path… without them noticing."
Then he said:
"By… creating accidents."
As soon as he finished speaking—
he disappeared from the place instantly.
Athena looked at the place where Odin had vanished.
Then suddenly she turned and struck Hades on the head, saying:
"You're annoying, you idiot!"
The moment she said that—
Poseidon shouted while laughing:
"Oh! Did you let your sister hit you like that, brother? I didn't think you were that weak!"
Hades, however, remained silent.
Then he looked at his sister Athena and said calmly:
"Why did you do that?"
Hades wasn't upset about the hit or even the scolding…
he was simply confused.
When Athena heard his question—
she looked into his eyes… then at Poseidon as well.
Then she said seriously:
"Didn't you notice that Odin has been acting strangely lately?"
When Hades heard Athena's words, he listened carefully and said:
"What do you mean, sister?"
Poseidon looked at his sister with surprise. The mockery on his face disappeared, replaced by clear calmness.
When Athena saw that, she said seriously:
"Didn't you notice that he's become desperate to increase his power… and ours as well… by any means and as quickly as possible?"
Then she added:
"He even wanted us a moment ago to make our children become rulers this quickly… without any real reason."
She continued analytically:
"And he knows very well that it doesn't work that way."
Then she said:
"Rulership comes through coincidence… experience… and time. Not through haste or rushed teaching."
When she said that—
Hades nodded.
"Yes… I felt something strange as well when he said that."
Then he added thoughtfully:
"He spoke as if he didn't know this… or as if he didn't want to think about it at all."
Then he said slowly:
"It's as if he only wants the children to become rulers… and quickly."
Poseidon looked at his sister seriously and asked:
"Do you know why he's doing that, sister? Is there a specific reason?"
Athena shook her head.
"No… I don't know."
Then after a moment of thought she added:
"But I think he has been like this since Forn came here."
Hades raised an eyebrow and said:
"But that girl is weak."
Then he continued:
"Even if she uses the spear… I don't think she could defeat any of us."
He added:
"She doesn't even know how to use it yet… and besides, Odin already stole the spear from her."
When he said that—
Poseidon spoke slowly:
"No, brother… I don't think this has anything to do with that woman."
Then he said:
"I think it's about what he wants to find."
Hades and Athena both looked at him with confusion.
When Poseidon saw their looks, he began explaining calmly:
"If that girl were a threat to us… we would have killed her long ago."
Then he added:
"I think the real problem… is coming from outside Asgard."
When he said that—
Athena finished his thought:
"Yes… you're right."
Then she said:
"If the danger were inside Asgard… our father would have warned us about it."
Then she added:
"So the danger must come from outside."
But Hades interrupted them:
"But how would danger reach us?"
Then he continued:
"Don't forget that our father created the island of Asgard itself… and hid it from the world."
He added:
"No one can sense the island anymore."
Poseidon shook his head.
"No, brother… don't forget that the giants sensed it once before."
Athena replied calmly:
"That's different."
Then she said:
"They only sensed it because that giant child was born here."
Then she added:
"And I don't think the danger will come from them."
