Chapter 124 - Entertainment

Medusa looked at the snake that had just been born…

But her attention quickly shifted to the other newborn.

She stared at it carefully—

And felt a strange kind of shock.

It was different…

In a way that could not be ignored.

She stepped closer…

Then her eyes met the eyes of that little girl.

The girl was looking at her as well—

With curiosity…

And confusion.

Medusa remained silent for a few moments as she examined her closely…

Then she said slowly:

"You have… arms and legs…"

Then she narrowed her eyes further:

"And on your head… snakes… like me."

She paused for a moment—

Then whispered in genuine astonishment:

"How is this possible?"

The little girl gently shook her small head—

Then let out a short, innocent laugh.

At that moment—

Medusa felt something strange.

A feeling she had never experienced before.

Warmth… and affection.

She didn't understand why—

But she couldn't ignore it.

She reached out—

And gently picked up the girl.

Then she said in a voice that carried both tenderness and authority:

"From now on…"

"You are Medusa's daughter."

Then she continued with pride:

"The daughter of the ruler of demons."

And added:

"You should be proud of that."

The little girl laughed again—

Without realizing…

That she had become the daughter of one of the most dangerous beings in the world.

A ruler—

Feared by all races…

Because of her massive army of snakes…

Which she could produce within just a few days.

Far away from Medusa's cave…

And from her new daughter—

In one of Asgard's hidden caves…

Odin was sitting on a large rock.

He raised his hand—

And released his spiritual energy toward the five ravens flying before him.

He continued for a long time…

Until fatigue began to show on him.

Finally—

He lowered his hand.

And looked at the five ravens that were staring at him with absolute obedience.

He thought to himself:

"I still need some time…"

"To make them like my own raven."

He sighed tiredly and added:

"This has drained a lot of my energy…"

He waved his hand toward them and said:

"Stay here… until I return."

Then continued:

"I will feed you my energy again."

And added:

"Do not leave… unless you want to hunt."

The five ravens nodded at the same moment—

As if they fully understood him.

Odin chuckled lightly and thought:

"It's good to have loyal followers…"

Then mocked himself slightly:

"Followers? They're closer to slaves."

He continued thinking:

"But they're better than my father's followers…"

"Who were controlled only by his power."

Then he smiled coldly:

"These can think…"

"But they cannot betray."

In an instant—

Odin disappeared from his place at incredible speed.

He wanted to see—

Whether the giant child had caused any new trouble or not.

But—

As soon as he arrived…

He saw an unexpected scene.

Poseidon was there—

Playing with the child.

Odin stood at a distance…

Watching silently.

He concealed his energy well—

So Poseidon wouldn't sense him.

Poseidon was playing… violently.

He raised his hand high—

And suddenly a massive waterfall surged toward the child.

But the child—

Laughed joyfully!

Then raised his small hand—

And released lava from it.

It looked like a volcanic eruption—

But slightly weaker.

As soon as the lava collided with the water—

A thick cloud of steam formed.

Poseidon laughed loudly.

Then clenched his fist—

And struck the air.

In an instant—

A terrifying water cannon formed…

And shot toward the child at incredible speed.

The child looked at it—

With eyes shining with excitement.

Then mimicked Poseidon's movement—

Clenched his small fist…

And struck forward.

Suddenly—

A beam of fire formed in front of him…

And shot forward at terrifying speed.

In less than a second—

The fire beam collided with the water cannon.

They both exploded—

Creating another massive cloud.

Poseidon looked at it—

And laughed in admiration.

Then said excitedly:

"I'll teach you another trick, little one…"

He stepped closer and added:

"Watch carefully."

Before Poseidon could do anything—

He suddenly looked up at the sky.

There—

A terrifying storm cloud was forming.

In a flash—

A massive bolt of lightning struck toward Poseidon and the child.

They didn't hesitate.

Both of them raised their hands at the same moment—

Forming a dual shield of water and lava.

The lightning struck them—

But the shield held.

They sighed in relief…

But—

That was only the beginning.

Above them—

More lightning bolts formed…

And shot toward them at terrifying speed.

Poseidon and the child intensified their power—

And formed a stronger shield.

But this time—

It wasn't that easy.

While they were focused on the sky…

There was another danger.

From behind.

Odin appeared suddenly—

Without either of them noticing.

He shook his head coldly—

And waved his hand forcefully.

In an instant—

A violent storm formed and pushed Poseidon and the child directly into the lightning.

Their eyes widened—

But it was too late.

The lightning struck them.

As soon as it touched their bodies—

Poseidon shook his head with a smirk and said:

"You win."

But—

At that same moment—

His eyes suddenly lit up.

He waved his hand quickly—

And a massive whirlpool of ocean water formed—

Surrounding him and the child.

As the lightning hit the water—

It quickly dissipated…

And the clouds vanished from the sky.

Odin sighed—

And said calmly while looking at him:

"You can form terrifying attacks from water, Poseidon…"

Then continued:

"And without losing a single drop of your power…"

He added:

"You just need to use the power of rulers."

He paused for a moment, then continued:

"That is what distinguishes us from the other races."

"As long as we don't rely only on our physical strength…"

"But use the power of the world around us—"

"We can fight for years… even forever… without being exhausted."

Then he looked at him directly and asked:

"Do you understand that?"

"Why did you use your power like that?"

Poseidon shook his head and said:

"It's easy for you to say that, Odin…"

Then continued seriously:

"You possess terrifying spiritual power."

"You can shape clouds… summon lightning… create storms—"

"All without losing any of your true strength."

Then added:

"As for us… me and my brothers…"

"We don't have your level of control over the world."

He continued:

"And don't forget…"

"That you gained a strong connection to Asgard—"

"When you ascended."

"That's why you have an advantage over us."

Odin fell silent for a moment…

Thinking.

Then suddenly said:

"Why don't we train together?"

"Me… you… and your brothers."

"We can learn to use our power better."

Poseidon looked at him in shock.

He froze for a moment…

Then suddenly rushed toward him excitedly and said:

"Really?!"

"We'll train together?!"

Then laughed with great excitement:

"That's amazing!"

"I have many techniques—"

"And I want you to tell me if they have weaknesses!"

Then turned quickly and said:

"I'll go tell my brothers!"

In an instant—

He disappeared…

Without waiting for Odin's reply.

Odin sighed—

And turned his gaze toward the giant child.

Then said coldly:

"Don't look at me like that."

"You will be punished for what you did."

As soon as the child heard that—

His expression changed.

And he made a face full of fake pity…

As if trying to escape punishment.

But Odin—

Didn't care.

He didn't even look at him.

He continued scolding him coldly and strictly…

Until the light of dawn began to appear on the horizon.
