📖 Scene — Ignorance of Power and the Cunning of Shadows
While Odin was speaking with the giants, trying to obtain any information related to the dark elves…
He realized something important.
They had no idea.
Yes, they had lived for a long time…
But in the end, they were nothing more than fools who relied solely on their strength, caring nothing for planning… or understanding their enemies.
Odin shook his head calmly, having lost interest.
Then he said lightly: "Thank you for your time."
He looked at the giant leader, then at the elder, and gave them a slight nod of respect…
And in the next moment—
He vanished.
But before he disappeared completely…
He let out a soft sigh.
That sigh…
The elder happened to hear it.
She narrowed her eyes slightly, then turned to the giant leader and said with dissatisfaction: "Look at what you've done."
The leader looked at her in confusion: "What do you mean?"
She replied, shaking her head: "You've damaged our reputation in front of our allies… and made them think we're fools."
His confusion deepened: "And why is that?"
The elder sighed, realizing that explaining it here would take too long, and said: "Let's return to the depths… I'll explain it there."
She then turned and began descending slowly, while the leader followed, still lost in thought.
Far from them…
And far from Asgard…
The angel who had been sent to monitor the dragons was kneeling before the Archangel, recounting everything that had happened in detail.
He finished speaking…
And silence filled the place.
The Archangel thought for a moment, then turned to the angel standing beside him and said calmly:
"Go with him… and take a squad with you."
Then he added firmly: "Bring me that demon… alive."
The captain of the guard nodded.
Then she looked at the kneeling angel…
Who was, in fact, her brother.
She sighed inwardly and thought: "Even though he has grown stronger… he's still a fool. Does he really think that demon would have blown herself up with him?"
At that moment…
The kneeling angel felt a sudden sense of danger.
He raised his head slightly, looking around the hall…
Then his gaze stopped at his sister.
His eyes widened in shock.
"Is… the danger coming from her?"
He didn't understand.
But what he didn't know…
Was that his sister was planning to teach him a harsh lesson later.
Elsewhere…
Lilith had no idea that a squad of angels was about to pursue her.
She stood before a dark elf priestess, who was kneeling before her, looking at her with clear confusion.
Lilith said: "You're saying the dragon prince has been severely injured… and the Dragon King is searching for a cure?"
The priestess nodded quickly, unable to hide her excitement.
She had been searching for a way to contact the Demon King…
But she had never expected the Demon Princess herself to come to her.
Thinking quickly, she said: "There's something else… Lady Lilith."
Lilith looked at her: "What is it now?"
The priestess began recounting everything she knew…
The news she had received… The information given to her by the demi-human king…
In full detail.
Then she finished: "I wanted to tell the Demon King… but I couldn't. I don't have the means."
Silence fell briefly.
Then—
Lilith smiled.
A calm smile… yet carrying something unsettling.
"Don't worry," she said.
She extended her hand and added: "Take this."
As soon as she finished speaking…
She pulled out a strange black crystal.
It pulsed with hidden energy, as if concealing an incomprehensible secret.
The moment the priestess saw it—
Her eyes widened in shock. She took it carefully and asked: "What is this, Lady Lilith?"
Lilith smiled calmly: "It's a communication crystal… but slightly different from the ones in Mira."
She paused, then added quietly: "No one can intercept it… or even perceive it."
She looked at her steadily: "And it sends messages to only one person… me."
The moment she finished—
The priestess was overjoyed.
She bowed deeply: "Thank you, Lady Lilith!"
Lilith was about to add something else…
To give instructions… or warnings—
But—
She suddenly stopped.
Her expression changed.
She felt something strange.
She looked up at the sky and said in surprise: "The demonic priest…?"
In that moment—
She understood.
What she felt… what she saw…
Was a warning.
Danger was coming.
She turned quickly and said: "Wait for my orders. Something has happened—I must handle it."
In the next instant—
She vanished.
She shot forward at tremendous speed, heading toward the demonic continent without looking back.
Her instinct was clear…
A terrible danger was approaching.
And indeed—
The moment she left the lands of Mira…
She sensed several powerful auras approaching.
Her eyes narrowed for a moment, then she laughed in irritation: "Hah… angels."
She understood immediately.
They were chasing her.
But she didn't stop—
She increased her speed, fleeing toward the demonic continent, and said mockingly: "Come… find me if you dare."
On the other side…
The captain of the angelic guard watched Lilith, who had already become very distant.
She frowned.
She had been close to trapping her.
But—
Lilith's sudden escape, and her swift exit from Mira—
Ruined the plan entirely.
She looked at the angels around her, shook her head, and said: "We're returning."
No one argued.
They all knew her strength… and the Archangel's trust in her.
They obeyed without a word.
As for Lilith…
She glanced back in annoyance.
She had wanted them to come closer…
To enter the demonic continent, even slightly…
So the other demon rulers could eliminate them without realizing it.
But—
She sighed softly.
"It seems the one chasing me this time… is not a fool."
She thought for a moment, then realized something important:
"My next trip to Mira… won't be easy."
If the angels were this prepared…
Then things had become far more complicated.
She lifted her head slightly, her eyes gleaming with deep thought.
"I need to inform my father… of everything."
Everything that had happened—
From her encounter with the angel… To her meeting with the priestess… To the news of the dragon prince… The rare flower… And even that annoying pursuit.
She knew…
What was happening now—
Was not a coincidence.
But the beginning… of something far greater.
