Chapter 107: Fierce Battle with Steelbone Kong
"They're here."
Luo Han's eyes narrowed as an invisible surge of pressure exploded from him. The sky seemed to darken, and everyone around felt a sudden weight in their hearts—they knew the Navy Admiral had arrived.
"I'll handle the admiral. The rest of you, stay sharp."
With his back to everyone, Luo Han activated Mind Armor Mode. This time, the color of his telekinetic armor was even fainter than pale blue—almost invisible if not closely observed. But in both defense and power, it had been greatly enhanced.
"Hm? They've stopped." Luo Han blinked. The Navy warship halted about ten kilometers from them.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
Before Luo Han could figure it out, ten figures used Geppo to rapidly close in from the warship.
"They're afraid I'll use the seawater to sink their ship—don't want to sacrifice the soldiers, huh?" Luo Han chuckled. He could've sunk the ship from ten kilometers away if he wanted to—but there was no need.
"Let's go, Cole."
"Haha! Coming, Han-ge."
Luo Han and Cole shot into the sky, rushing toward the incoming Marines.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Luo Han accelerated twice midair and instantly appeared in front of Steelbone Kong, launching a punch straight at him. No sneak attacks, no tricks—just raw power. Luo Han had that kind of confidence now.
Clang! True to his name as Navy Admiral Steelbone, Kong didn't flinch even as Luo Han appeared before him. He threw a punch straight at Luo Han's Mind Armor fist.
Boom!
The resulting shockwave blasted outward, kicking up huge waves that surged toward Battleship Island.
"You all go handle the brat! This one's mine!" Kong ordered the other Marines not to interfere. As a Navy Admiral, he couldn't allow himself to rely on others to take down a kid who hadn't even been at sea a full year. He had his pride.
"Heh," Luo Han smiled, unconcerned. He wasn't worried about Cole either—neither of them were the rookies they once were.
Boom!
Both fighters were knocked back ten meters.
"Kid, your strength is different from before," Kong observed, his eyes sharp. "Another breakthrough?"
"Why don't you find out?"
Luo Han charged in with another punch. No fancy technique—just pure speed and strength.
Bang!
Kong met him head-on. As one of the Navy's top powers, he wouldn't back down from a head-on clash with a young upstart.
Bang! Bang bang bang!
The two went all-out, exchanging blow after blow, neither yielding, fists clashing madly in the air.
Shockwaves spread everywhere, the sea below churning violently.
"This is insane. Even from this distance, the shockwaves are rocking every ship in the harbor!"
Hearing the battle above and watching dozens of ships swaying in unison, the pirates docked at the port stared in awe.
Meanwhile, Cole had engaged the nine approaching Marines. Judging by their uniforms, three were Vice Admirals and the others Rear Admirals—though true strength had to be tested in battle.
On first contact, both sides gauged each other. Cole had the power of a Vice Admiral candidate, but with exceptionally strong defense. On the Navy's side, one matched Cole, two were elite Vice Admirals, and the rest were at least on the cusp of Vice Admiral level.
Clang!
A Navy officer matching Cole in strength clashed blades with Cole's massive fist, producing a metallic crash.
Bang!
In a brief exchange, Cole's raw strength prevailed, knocking the officer back.
Taking advantage of the opening, Cole intercepted one of the elite Vice Admirals, slamming him down toward the sea to keep him away from Spoon-jie and the others.

The Vice Admiral tanked the hit well, blocking with Haki and using Geppo to retreat back to the lead officer.
"What a monster. Less than a year at sea and he's already at this level! We can't let you go any further, Beastman Cole!" the lead officer growled, charging again with his allies.
The three clashed in a roaring, non-stop battle.
Thanks to Luo Han and Cole holding back the strongest enemies, the remaining Marines were easily handled by Spoon-jie alone—let alone with help from Tucker, Aishi , and Sora.
The moment they clashed, the Marines were immediately overwhelmed.
Sensing through his mental awareness that everyone was safe, Luo Han could now fully focus on fighting Admiral Steelbone Kong. He had many techniques he hadn't tested yet, and this was the perfect opportunity to see how his upgraded body affected his telekinesis.
Boom!
After another powerful clash, Luo Han's expression grew serious. He channeled all his telekinetic energy into Mind Armor Mode—and then, something changed.
Two telekinetic arms emerged from his shoulder blades, and three five-meter-long telekinetic tails sprouted from his tailbone. All of them could freely shift in size and length.
"What… is that?" Kong blinked, stunned at the monstrous sight of Luo Han's three pairs of arms and three tails.
"Hehe," Luo Han grinned, offering no explanation—just action.
Whoosh!
In an instant, he appeared before Kong and launched a punch with his right hand, while the two extra arms followed up with simultaneous strikes.
Boom!
One punch collided with Kong's. The other two were about to strike his face—
Whoosh!
Using the force of the clash, Kong expertly retreated just in time, avoiding the two extra blows. Then, with a swift leg movement—shing shing!—two slicing shockwaves slashed toward Luo Han.
"As expected of a Navy Admiral. That combat experience is no joke!"
Luo Han smiled. Behind him, the three tails flared out like a peacock's display, each transforming into blade-like extensions. He used Rankyaku with them—shing shing shing!—sending three massive shockwaves to counter Kong's attack.
Clang…! Zzzz!
The five shockwaves clashed in midair, holding for two heartbeats before scattering into dozens of smaller arcs like petals in the wind.
Splash splash splash!
Below, the sea was sliced into a chaotic mess, carving deep furrows like a chunk of blue cheesecake.
"Haha! Admiral Kong, I can use the Six Powers too!"
"Damn brat—don't get cocky!"
With that, they charged again. Just three meters apart, Luo Han used his momentum to spin midair and lashed all three tails at Kong.
Bang! Crack crack!
Kong blocked with both arms, but the strain warped the air around them with screeching tension.
"Heh heh…"
Luo Han smirked devilishly. Taking advantage of the stalemate, he twisted again—bam!—whipping one tail around and striking Kong directly in the ribs.
Boom!
Kong shot downward like a depth charge, smashing into the sea with a massive explosion. The impact blasted him fifty meters below the surface.
"Haha! That felt amazing! Beating up a Navy Admiral like that—just wish my attack power was a little higher…" Luo Han laughed, though his amusement dimmed as he sensed Kong was still very much alive.
"Alright then, let's try this one!"
His tails transformed into conical spikes, tips gleaming sharply as they curled slightly. His entire Mind Armor began vibrating at high frequency, even distorting the air around him.
"Let's see if a shock-concentrated Shigan from my tail tips can do some real damage!"
Whoosh whoosh whoosh!
The three telekinetic tails fired condensed white shockwaves like beams of light at Kong just as he surfaced.
Clang clang! Boom!
Kong blocked two of them with his fists, but the last struck his chest. Though Armament Haki absorbed the blow, it left a red mark.
A breath later—BOOM!
A massive sonic boom shook the air. The white beams had moved so fast that the shockwave trailed behind them, only erupting after impact.
The force pushed Kong back in the air, struggling to regain balance.
Step step step!
Hovering again at Luo Han's altitude, Kong rubbed his reddened chest. Even with Haki, that last hit had left a mark.
