Chapter 131 - Who better(131)

Since the plan was set for the most part, the only rule was not to go outside, since the Navy were outside. Kairo made sure Luffy's ass did not go outside by giving that hyperactive idiot something else to do.

Ryō. He had Luffy training his Ryō. It would be time-consuming, and that was a good thing for his current purposes.

This would keep Luffy busy for the whole week. Zoro's training was a bit more different, apart from keeping his Armament Haki up 24/7.

Kairo had him do something else.

"Stay still," Kairo said, drawing something on Zoro's skin.

Zoro himself stayed completely still.

"There." As he finished the final stroke, Zoro finally moved his body a bit. He felt stiff, but apart from that, nothing felt off.

"I don't feel any different," was the first thing he noticed.

"I see that you like working out with weights... this seal is a weight seal. Each one of them holds one ton, and there are like fifty on you. You can activate each seal by pouring Haki into it. The second the Haki flow is shut off, the seal closes."

"So, training weights," Zoro said. Kairo watched as ten seals activated at the same time, and the floor beneath Zoro's feet cracked heavily.

So much cracking—he could barely stand.

"I would've suggested starting a bit lighter and working your way up."

Zoro just smiled.

"This is just the right level I needed." He seemed way too giddy for someone currently weighing like twenty tons.

"If they begin feeling too light, I can upgrade them to feel like twenty tons each."

The swordsman was having the time of his life.

"Can you add those seals on anything?" Zoro asked. Kairo raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah... why?"

A few minutes later, all three of Zoro's swords had sealing marks all over them, each now weighing ten tons. Zoro was struggling to even move, but he didn't care. Training was training. He had never felt himself being pushed like this.

He was loving every single second of it. Kairo didn't question the swordsman; that wasn't his business.

Walking away, he made his way toward where Nami was. The girl could be seen reading a big book—more precisely, his big book. The one Robin practically read 24/7. He had to pry it out of her hands to teach Nami about deep currents and how they operate.

She was even taking notes, so Kairo assumed she was doing well.

She found it hard, because the book itself said that even if she memorized everything, there was no way she could predict those waves. There were only a few stable ones and so on.

Shit was annoying to deal with.

But she was getting it... she thought.

Kairo sighed. He hoped, for everyone's sake, that she got it, since he only had two arms and could only save two people—Luffy and Robin preferably.

He paused himself.

Since when did he view Robin so highly?

Luffy, he could understand. That was his captain, the MC of the world, the Sun God. But Robin? He didn't see it.

He was beginning to realize that his crush on her wasn't diminishing anytime soon. Unless she did something truly outrageous, he would just fall deeper and deeper in love with her.

The horrors of relationships.

Garp and Kuzan would not simply let them go. He would need something to distract them. He frowned, trying to think of something he could use to distract those two powerful men.

As of now, in his mental scaling, Garp was stronger than Kuzan. After the timeskip, old age alongside Kuzan getting stronger would have Kuzan slightly above Garp.

And Kairo had lost to Kuzan. Sure, it was extreme diff, but he still lost. He knew he couldn't fight Garp and Kuzan at the same time—that was a recipe to get his dome shot clean off.

Hell, his chances of beating Garp were lower than Kuzan's. At least with the Iceman, he had an elemental advantage.

He paused.

Wait... Garp's stamina wasn't that great, especially in his old age. If the fight dragged on, he could maybe pull off a double—especially since Kairo didn't play fair. He would sneak the man if that's what it took to take home the W.

Even in the water, his chances weren't that high. He needed a damn good plan in order to beat them.

He could always use Conqueror's Haki—not on them, that shit would probably only tickle them—but he could use it to knock out the randoms, especially the ones piloting the ship. Garp and Kuzan might be strong, but they weren't that versatile. They would need a ship to catch up to the Sunny's speed.

That shit was fast as fuck, and its core was practically the Goro Goro no Mi. Kairo might switch it out for the Mother Flame.

Yes, he wanted to steal that shit badly—for obvious reasons.

A/N who finer, Robin
