For years he'd been a voice, a presence, a shadow, noticed only when he spent energy he couldn't afford to spare.
Now, Qin Yue was looking at him directly. He flew to the right and Qin Yue's eyes followed.
Hanguang Zhe couldn't help but laugh loudly.
"You can really see me!"
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I don't know if they'll be an improvement but right now, it's like I'm looking at you through the eyes of someone with astigmatism. You're a blur"
Hanguang Zhe's joy was cut short and his excited figure wilted. However, he perked up soon enough.
"That's okay too. It means that with time, you'll be able to see me clearly."
A small smile spread on Qin Yue's lips as he shook his head while walking to the bathroom.
He sat in the tub and washed himself three times before feeling clean. The first water was so murky he couldn't even bare to look.
Wrapping a towel around his waist, he opened the door and saw Hanguang Zhe 'leaning' by he door.
