Jack stands in the council chamber once again as the nine members of the council speak amongst one another.
"He seems to possess the only sealing skill that has a permanent effect. He can also drain the cultivation of others, this does nake him dangerous, but also gives him a slight advantage against enemies that are stronger than he is." Councilor Vrel'na voices her thoughts to the others. "He also has a binding skill that can be used as a way to detain others. I believe we should offer him a position one of our Tactical Operations Agents."
"Hmmm... you maje a reasonable argument Vrel'na, but he already attempted to escape once. How..." The human councilor is interrupted by Councilor Vrel'na.
"He only attempted to escape because the punishment for using a skill that drains the cultivation of others is a death sentence. However, the law governing that skill was made to deter the use of the cultivation drain scrolls. It never anticipated that someone would have a similar skill bestowed upon them by The System, Derren."

After a lengthy discussion among the councilors, they finally came to a conclusion.
"Jack, we are willing to overlook your crimes on two conditions. The first being that you agree to become a TacOp. The second being that you divulge everything about your awakening." Derren, the human councilor, presented.
"And if I refuse?" Jack asked
"Since your ability to drain others cultivation was granted to you by The System, we have no choice but to forego any punishment on that matter. As for sealing someone's awakened state without the proper authority, lifetime imprisonment and the sealing of your awakened state to be repeated as needed."
"Alright. I agree." Jack smirked. "First, on my sixteenth birthday when The System was supposed to awaken me, it only partially did so. It gave me an Awakening Quest. The first two objectives were optional, the other two were required. The two optional ones came with rewards as well. The optional objectives were to enter into a sexual relationship with my mom, and to enter into a sexual relationship with both of my sisters. The two that were required were to cuckold my dad, and to cuckold both of my sisters' boyfriends. It wasn't until after I completed all four objectives... simultaneously... that I learned of my dad having an affair and that my sisters' boyfriends were cheating. Of course knowing the rewards for completing the optional objectives, I would not change anything." Jack explained.
"And what were the rewards?" Derren asked.
"I was getting to that." Jack's brow furrowed as his face contorted in irritation. "Please allow me to finish before speaking." The nine councilors all nodded, so Jack continued. "The reward for bedding my mom was a five hundred percent increase to my rate of cultivation. The reward for bedding both of my sisters is instantaneous breakthroughs. Unlike most, who require at least a little over a month to cultivate to a breakthrough threshold, it only takes me a little over three days, sooner if I drain someone's cultivation, but I'll get to that in a little bit." Jack noticed the shocked and stunned faces of the councilors and even heard some murmering from them. Smiling he continued. "Also instead of having to complete quests in order to breakthrough like everybody else, I breakthrough as soon as I reach the threshold. When I awakened I was given an option between three skills to choose from. They were SEDUCTION which would have allowed me to seduce up to fifteen people with ease. The amount increases in increments of fifteen for every ten nreakthroughs, and thirty for every twenty. This increase was the same for the other two, then there was FORNICATION which would have allowed me to manipulate fifteen people into disregarding decency laws and have sex with one another... perfect for distracting people, and finally the one I chose, BONDAGE which allows me to bind and gag fifteen people within a fifty meter radius. The incremental increase for the radius differs in that it expands by twenty-five meters every ten breakthroughs. It also granted me immunity to all bindings." Jack didn't even bother trying to hide his enjoyment of the councilors horrified reactions.
"Upon my furst breakthrough, I was given another option between two skills DOMINATION and SUBMISSION. The former, which I chose, allows me to command the obedience of fifteen people. The amount of people doesn't increase, nor is there a range limit. The latter would have allowed me to be, for all intents and purposes, a power bottom." Jack spoke about the SUBMISSION skill as if it were detestable. "DOMINATION also allows me immunity to all soul and mental attacks. I don't know about what kind of bonuses SUBMISSION would have given me so don't ask." Jack became thoughtful for a moment. "My second breakthrough gave me two skills. The first was CULTIVATION DRAIN which you already know of one of it's effects, but what you don't know is that it also allows me to absorb and assimilate all of the cultivation that I drain." This time a councilor whose name Jack didn't know spoke up.
"That's preposterous. Are you saying that your awakening has made you overpowered?" The councilor spoke with contempt.
Jack didn't continue. He felt that the rude interruption deserved to be punished by keeping the rest of his secrets to himself. Luckily the councilors didn't question whether he told them everything or not, but instead decided to keep their end of the deal.
Jack walked out of the council chamber with a new title and badge to go with it.
