After the mission, Uchiha En and Shisui did not linger long in Takigakure and immediately turned and left.

Just as Uchiha En and Shisui were returning to the village, Kakashi left Konoha.
The reason Kakashi left Konoha was that Rin Nohara had taken a harmless C-rank mission to the Land of Bears a few days earlier.
The mission was not difficult, and Kakashi initially paid it no mind.
But nearly 10 days had passed without any news from Rin Nohara, and only then did Kakashi realized she might be in danger.

After capturing Rin Nohara, the Kirigakure Ninja followed instructions, knocked her unconscious, took the flying thunder god kunai given to her by Minato Namikaze from her Ninja tool pouch, and discarded it where they were.

The command received by the Kirigakure Anbu Ninja was to capture the escaping Rin Nohara and bring her to Konoha, then release the Three-Tails to cause massive destruction to Konoha.
At this point, all preparations were complete, and they were just waiting for Obito, the protagonist, to make his entrance.
Meanwhile, in the cave, Obito's body had recovered for the most part, thanks to the Hashirama cells.
Obito had long wanted to return to Konoha, but he was constantly monitored by White Zetsu, and the exit was blocked by a massive stone wall, making it impossible for him to leave.

Rin Nohara and that idiot Kakashi, whom you often mention, are in a very bad situation. They are surrounded by Kirigakure Anbu."
Obito's face changed drastically upon hearing this. Feeling extremely anxious, he immediately jumped off the bed, ran to the stone wall, and slammed into it with all his might.
Unfortunately, Obito's strength was insufficient to destroy the stone wall, and his hand was broken instead.
Seeing this, the White Zetsu on the side immediately winked at Tobi, who instantly attached himself to Obito. Using Tobi's strength, Obito easily destroyed the stone wall.
Uchiha Madara, who had been feigning sleep, opened his eyes after the stone wall was destroyed. Obito thanked him and left without looking back.

In the Land of Bears, the Kirigakure Ninja and Kakashi arrived almost simultaneously, and almost at the same time, they spotted Rin Nohara in a tree.
Kakashi thought Rin Nohara was being pursued by the Kirigakure Ninja, so he immediately used Lightning Release Chakra to stimulate his cells, reaching the tree first and taking Rin Nohara away.
When the Kirigakure Ninja saw Kakashi and Rin Nohara fleeing toward Konoha, they didn't pursue with full effort, only following the two from a distance.
While Kakashi was running away with Rin Nohara, she woke up. Knowing that a Tailed Beast was sealed inside her, the same thing happened as in the original work: Rin Nohara told Kakashi she couldn't go back to Konoha, turned around, and ran toward the Kirigakure Ninja.
Kakashi, unaware of the truth, pursued her, just like in the original work. The Kirigakure Ninja, seeing Rin Nohara and Kakashi return, naturally refused to let them go and immediately surrounded the pair.
"Sir, this girl must have discovered the Three-Tails inside her and certainly won't willingly return to Konoha. Why don't we just kill the boy and forcibly take the girl? That would be simpler," a Kirigakure Anbu suggested to the leading Anbu member.
The leading Anbu also thought this would be simpler and agreed to the suggestion. Thus, the Kirigakure Anbu decisively chose to attack Kakashi.
Kakashi's current strength was definitely greater than his counterpart in the original work at the same time period.
However, the number of Kirigakure Anbu was too great. Kakashi was unable to fight off so many opponents and quickly fell into a disadvantage.
Obito, who was rushing over, saw Kakashi and Rin Nohara being besieged by the Kirigakure Ninja through Kakashi's eyes.
Obito immediately accelerated, wanting to get there as quickly as possible.
Just as Obito arrived at the battlefield and prepared to help, Rin Nohara, just like in the original work, chose to run into Kakashi's Lightning Cutter.
After the Lightning Cutter pierced Rin Nohara's heart, Obito felt everything around him collapse. Immense despair and sorrow surged through his heart. He didn't want to stay in this world; he wanted to escape.
Obito's and Kakashi's Sharingan spun wildly. The Two Tomoe first transformed into the Three Tomoe, and the Three Tomoe then changed into a shuriken-like pattern.
The Sharingan is also known as the Eye that Reflects the Heart. Obito's intense desire to escape this world stimulated his Sharingan, and thus, the Sharingan opened a new space between illusion and reality, giving birth to the most overpowered Dojutsu in Naruto—Kamui.
The subsequent events were the same as in the original work: Obito killed all the Kirigakure Anbu, held Rin Nohara, and uttered the line: "This world is hell!"
Uchiha Madara's plan succeeded.
The next day, Uchiha En and Shisui returned to Konoha. Uchiha En went to the Hokage Office to report back to Minato Namikaze, where he coincidentally ran into a distraught Kakashi.
