However, Uchiha En quickly calmed down. He hadn't come to Orochimaru for the White Zetsu; he had another purpose.
"Orochimaru-sama, there is something I want to confirm with you," Uchiha En said in a serious tone.
"What is it?"
"Orochimaru-sama, do you happen to possess a horn from the Eight-Tails?"
Hearing Uchiha En's question, Orochimaru turned to glance at Asana, then nodded in admission.
Asana's expression beneath her mask was one of helplessness. She truly hadn't told Uchiha En about this, but Orochimaru clearly believed she was the "mole" who leaked the information.
Fortunately, Orochimaru didn't dwell on it, as he knew the relationship between Uchiha En and Asana was extraordinary.
Orochimaru didn't continue pressing the topic. Instead, he changed the subject and said, "En, I can give you the Eight-Tails horn, but I need more of this fellow's corpses."
"How many?" Uchiha En asked.
"Ten."
"That's impossible!" Uchiha En immediately refused.
He only had the five White Zetsu corpses he had killed in the Land of Bears that were monitoring him.
One of them was already with Orochimaru, leaving him with only four. He couldn't possibly produce ten.
"Then how many can you provide at most, En?" Orochimaru asked.
"One."
Orochimaru shook his head: "One is too few."
After some bargaining, the two parties finally settled on three White Zetsu corpses in exchange for the Eight-Tails horn.
Uchiha En immediately took three White Zetsu corpses out of a sealing scroll and handed them to Orochimaru.
After Orochimaru confirmed they were fine, he turned to Asana and said, "Asana, take En to retrieve the Eight-Tails horn!"
Asana nodded, took off her lab coat, and left Orochimaru's research facility with Uchiha En.
"En, how many of these corpses do you actually have left?" Asana asked after they left the facility.
"Just one more. I only obtained five corpses in total back then," Uchiha En replied.
"En, you must keep the last corpse safe and don't give it to anyone else. Teacher Orochimaru's research is about to make a breakthrough, and if you keep this corpse, we might be able to replicate some of Teacher Orochimaru's research results later."
"Don't worry! I'll keep it safe."
Afterward, Asana led Uchiha En to a patch of woods outside Konoha Village.
After walking a few steps into the woods, Asana stopped near a pile of stones. She then formed hand signs to deactivate the nearby Barrier, and a small iron door appeared on the ground.
Opening the iron door, Uchiha En and Asana entered the research facility together.
Once underground, Uchiha En looked around in surprise. The space was enormous and filled with many strange and peculiar items.
Uchiha En was curious, constantly looking left and right, while Asana was responsible for explaining things beside him. The scene looked exactly like a museum guide leading tourists on a tour.
Soon, Uchiha En and the others reached the second basement level, where Uchiha En immediately spotted the Eight-Tails horn placed inside a glass container.
The Eight-Tails horn looked nearly as large as two people. Standing next to the glass container, Uchiha En could clearly sense the massive amount of Chakra contained within the horn.
"As expected of the Eight-Tails, the Chakra is truly immense!" Saying this, Uchiha En placed the glass container holding the Eight-Tails horn into his Storage Ring.
With this, Uchiha En now possessed the Chakra of the One-Tail, Five-Tails, Seven-Tails, and Eight-Tails.
