"You don't need to worry about your family's financial problems anymore, Alrain. I will guarantee everything!" answered Arvin casually but full of emphasis. "For the detailed reasons, I will just explain everything to you when we return later."
Alrain nodded slowly, choosing to trust his husband's plan completely.
Not long after, the loud chime of a bell echoed throughout the Victoriaz academy. The booming voice of the main host had been heard, calling all tournament participants to immediately gather and head to the center of the main arena.
The tension in the waiting room peaked. One by one of each delegation started to stand up, walked out of the participants' waiting room with serious faces, and stepped firmly towards the open arena which was already filled with hundreds of spectators.
Upon their arrival in the center of the vast arena, the cheers of the spectators immediately welcomed them like the roar of the waves.
"Alright, ladies and gentlemen! I will start introducing each of the representative teams from each kingdom that will fight today!" exclaimed the female host very enthusiastically. Her eyes began reading a piece of parchment in her hand.
"First, let's welcome the participant from the Victoriaz Kingdom! This team is led by Lionias Palledius Der Victoriaz, the pride third prince of the Victoriaz Kingdom, with his talented members named Janne Hilltove, Frederica Ervand, Esteban Yalmaz, and Orvion!"
Very thunderous applause and cheers of support immediately echoed from most sides of the grandstand, hailing the prince's name.
However, in the midst of those cheers, the last name from the Victoriaz Kingdom representative list that had just been introduced by the host had made Arvin, Allen, Alrain, and Ordion extremely surprised. Hearing the sincere answer and direct request from his second spouse, Arvin nodded in understanding.
"Alright. I will try to approach him and conquer his heart while we are here. But you must help me, Alrain. Because honestly, I know absolutely nothing about him or his personality in this life."
Alrain smiled in relief and nodded firmly.
The team introductions continued. The host's voice boomed again.

The applause rumbled again from the side of the grandstand occupied by Marland supporters.

Cheers of admiration and thunderous applause were heard again from the grandstand as the team dominated by holy white clothes stepped forward.
"Next, the participant from the Flamort Kingdom is led by Kylenciel Carventias Alua Flamort, the fifth prince of the Flamort Kingdom, with his members Delvian Mossard, Astania Alfred, Ziona, and Lianna Altore!"
Applause rumbled again welcoming the bluish-white-haired prince.
The host took a deep breath, her eyes widening slightly as she read the names on the last line of her parchment.
"And lastly... the formation from the Astoria Kingdom representative is truly quite surprising this time!" exclaimed the host, becoming more enthusiastic and curious. "Their team is led by Arvin Vedegra, the first son of Duke Melvin Vedegra, with all his members namely Allen Vedegra, Alrain Vedegra, Ordion Vedegra, and Alvein Vedegra, who are... the official spouses of Arvin Vedegra himself!"
The grandstand was immediately filled with applause, but strangely, that boisterous sound purely came only from the students and the board of teachers of the Astoria academy sitting in one corner.
