The atmosphere inside the bedroom, which had now expanded into a grand hall, gradually grew warmer. Especially when Arvin gazed at Oliver's happily smiling face.
In his eyes, the genuine smiles etched on the faces of each of his spouses were priceless treasures. That was always the primary reason he was willing to do whatever it took to ensure he never lost their smiles.
However, amidst the warmth and comfort beginning to envelop the room, Arvin knew he could not fully relax just yet. He had to complete his primary task for the night.
"Alright..." Arvin said, breaking the comfortable silence, his voice flowing calmly yet laden with absolute firmness. "I need to finish my work first."
Hearing the request from the head of the family, a synchronized response immediately echoed throughout the room.
"Yes, My Dear Husband / My Love / My Dear / Honey / Sweetheart / My Beloved / My King / My Star / My Light / Huby / My Dawn / My Lovely." Allen, Alrain, Ordion, Alvein, Alrian, Dylan, Davin, Arion, Kaydan, Victor, Calverd, and Oliver replied in unison, allowing their husband to continue his work.
Hearing how every single one of his spouses gave him the space and full support he needed, Arvin could not hold back the soothing sense of relief washing over his heart.
He nodded firmly, then turned around to face the remaining mountain of military weapons and armors scattered across the floor. He began transferring the entire arsenal into the magic bag in his hand until not a single piece was left.
Once the floor before him was swept clean, Arvin did not stop there. He raised one hand forward.
Thud! Thud!
Hundreds of books, parchment scrolls, and crucial documents he had hauled from the Victoriaz Kingdom's royal library cascaded down, piling up neatly inside the room.
However, that was only the beginning.
Clatter... clatter... clink!
Behind the stacks of books, an enormous amount of money, high-quality jewelry, and various other precious valuables poured out from Arvin's dimensional space.
Due to the sheer, massive volume of the treasure he extracted, the pile continued to mount until it reached a height of nearly four meters. The gleam of gold coins and the refracted light from thousands of gemstones instantly dominated the illumination in the room.
Wasting no time, Arvin immediately channeled his magic and began storing all the treasures and books into the magic bag in his hand.
Meanwhile, behind him, the dozen youths standing and observing the process could only widen their eyes in sheer disbelief upon seeing the fantastically valued wealth their husband had just conjured.
"W-Where did all those books and that mountain of treasure come from?" Alrian asked, his voice stuttering slightly from shock. "Did you take all of that from inside the Victoriaz Kingdom's palace as well?"
Once the last gold coin was successfully swept up and securely stored inside the magic bag in his hand, Arvin turned around to face his extended family.
"Yes, you are right, Alrian." Arvin answered in an overly calm tone, as if he had merely plucked a few apples from a neighbor's orchard.
Hearing the direct confirmation from the head of the household, all the youths in the room were utterly astounded. The downfall of the Victoriaz Kingdom was now an absolute certainty after their husband had looted their entire military arsenal and completely drained the wealth from inside the palace.
Although the majority of them felt both horrified and deeply amazed by the sheer scale of Arvin's actions, four youths in the room reacted far more calmly. Davin, Arion, Kaydan, and Calverd, who all originated from the Victoriaz Kingdom, simply stood in silence.
On their faces, there was not the slightest trace of panic, regret, or pity for the bleak fate that would soon befall their homeland.
It was not without reason that the four of them acted so indifferently.
To Davin, that land was the place where he had been cast away and disowned by his own family simply because he was born with a single transparent element and could only use gate magic. The kingdom had never given him a place to call home.
His utter disgust toward the Victoriaz Kingdom only intensified upon discovering the fact that the palace secretly and casually maintained the practice of human slavery. Not to mention the sickening reality that the kingdom allowed its soldiers to commit acts of rape against prisoners without a single one of them facing execution.
Arion bore wounds that were no less agonizing. Years of living in invisible chains as a slave had robbed him of the very essence of freedom. He was constantly restrained, forced to obey every command, and frequently endured abusive treatment from both his master and his master's family. Even when he managed to enroll in the academy, he knew perfectly well that his education was merely an illusion. His master only intended to exploit his talent in alchemy magic for personal gain the moment he graduated.
The Victoriaz Kingdom had never offered him a future.
Kaydan suffered from a similar plight. From his childhood all the way to adulthood, he had lived perpetually confined within the palace walls, treated like a pet bird that was never permitted to see the vastness of the outside world.
His hatred toward the Victoriaz Kingdom reached its peak when he was thrown into the underground prison and nearly brutally violated by a palace guard, right before Arvin arrived to rescue him.
However, among the four of them, it was Calverd who harbored the deepest, darkest hatred for the Victoriaz Kingdom.
The indigo-haired youth had indeed never experienced the life of a slave, but the royal family had ruthlessly snatched away all the happiness he possessed.
The Second Prince arbitrarily stole his fiancée, then threw him into a damp underground prison simply because he refused to submit. In that cursed place, right before Arvin arrived to offer him freedom, Calverd had to endure torture and depraved treatment that left him with physical scars and profound psychological trauma.
To the four of them, the Victoriaz Kingdom was not a homeland, but a living hell that had silenced their voices.
Now, their lives had turned one hundred and eighty degrees. They had found a warm, comforting sanctuary, to the point where they willingly surrendered their souls to the one who had granted them this new life.
Although three of the four were absolutely bound to Arvin's soul due to the Soul Seal ritual, and an unbreakable absolute command had been implanted deep within their souls, not a single one of them felt their freedom had been taken away.
It was precisely beneath this magical bond that they had found true happiness.
Inside this mansion, no arbitrary demands were ever forced upon them. They were always treated with utmost fairness, deeply valued, fiercely protected, and showered with an affection they had never once experienced while living in the Victoriaz Kingdom.
They were now part of a big family that unconditionally supported and embraced one another, completely disregarding status or their dark pasts.
Let the Victoriaz Kingdom crumble to dust. Let the wealth and glory of that palace vanish without a trace. The four of them genuinely did not care.
To Davin, Arion, Kaydan, and Calverd, their only priority in life now was one thing: dedicating their boundless love, loyalty, and support to the person who had become the absolute pillar of their big family.
And that pillar of their family was none other than Arvin Vedegra, their beloved husband.
