I can't move, I blink slowly, trying to focus as the world tilts strangely.
I hear something distant, some voices and muffled footsteps getting closer. I try to turn to check on Aaron but my head feels very heavy, so so heavy it feels like I'm drowning under water.
My eyes try to track the sound outside but everything is slipping and my head throbs.
Each heartbeat making it worse. I try to move my hand but it barely twitches.
The door…..i think they're at the door, the footsteps stop right outside.
My chest rises so quickly I think I'm going to have a heart attack, which dims my vision further.
The last thing I hear…is the sound of the car door being yanked open and footsteps approaching.
Aaron….aaron I…I need to help him, we need to get away from here I chant in my head as I weakly try to lift my head but then….… everything goes black.
