No. Not this time. I think to call Zane so maybe we can have back up but i realize I left my phone in the chaos at the ice cream shop.
So no one is coming to save me…..with that thought in mind I steady my hand, exhale slowly, aim right at the driver and I fire.
The recoil jerks through my arm but the shot lands clean, straight into his head.
His body jerks violently as the car behind us swerves hard out of control.
"Nice shot," Aaron mutters under his breath.
But I'm not done…. I fire again and again, not at him this time. At the car and tires the tires as I see someone from the car try to take control of the car. I shoot windshield, literally anywhere I can hit until the vehicle jerks violently, losing control completely. It veers off to the side… then spins really hard out of the road.
My breathing is heavy nw but my grip is still tight on the gun as the wind rushes past my face.
But the second and third car is still there stil chasing us.
