Within Peace Platform Park, a stone tower stood atop a hill more than sixty meters high.
The tower had a peculiar shape, like a jutting mountain peak. Four statues of fully-armored warriors stood guard around it, and the front was inscribed with the phrase 'Eight Universes in One'.
But what was most striking was the tower's base. It was a patchwork of many different stones, and one could easily see the distinct differences between them.
Some were white, others black. Some stones even bore carvings of dragons or qilin, making it obvious they had been cut directly from other buildings.
The entire base had an intensely strange, cobbled-together feel.
