Cecilia Adler spoke up for Ian Quincy, "He's not a bookworm who does nothing but stare at books all day." 'Even though all he really does is read, I can't stand anyone looking down on him. Not even his own mother.'
Mr. Quincy said, "Cecilia is right. Ian isn't a bookworm." He picked up a peach, gave it a quick wipe, and took a bite. It was sweet and crisp. "Want my review?" he asked.
Cecilia Adler laughed. "No, thank you."
Mrs. Quincy came over to have one as well. "Getting peaches this time of year... The procurement guys at Su Gong Fu Restaurant are pretty resourceful."
