Sean Carter's words left Timothy Sterling feeling overwhelmed by the unexpected favor. It was true the Sterling and Valerius families were bound by a marriage contract, but the Valerius family had never shown them much regard before. Of course, while the Sterlings valued the arrangement, they had never stooped to fawning over them.
Besides, given Aurora Sterling's past outrageous behavior, the entire Sterling family had been worried that the Valerius family and Damien Valerius would find her unacceptable. But now, it seemed that wasn't the case.
Although he was inwardly shaken, Timothy Sterling maintained a calm facade. He was, after all, Damien Valerius's future father-in-law. So, he simply smiled and nodded.
